K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	USCIS Processing times	Hey everyone, Currently, K1 applications at VSC are processing at 5 months, as are the ones at CSC. However, the processing times at VSC are highlighted in yellow, and the processing times at CSC are highlighted in green. What do the highlights mean? Thanks. Hopefully, your NOA1 will turn up somehow, but I wouldn't worry about it. I would, however, check that USCIS has your correct address. Hope that helps. Good luck! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC sending out by DHL	Hi everyone, Wondering if any of you may know whether NVC sends multiple cases going to the same embassy (will know on Friday when fiance calls). I don't know for sure that they sent it but there is a package going to Montreal and the weight is 7.0 lbs. It lists the date and time of your interview date and the list of documents you need to bring with you. You need to bring this letter on the date of the interview to get through security as well. There was a 6-month backlog when I sent in my packet 3. I thought I was going to have to be in Toronto until March 2010. Thanks to God, however, we were scheduled in November, along with others who had waited 4 or 5 months already for an interview. I think it all boils down to luck. I think you should be patient. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2009 VSC K-1 Fillers	I called DoS again and they were able to confirm the date it was sent out. It might take about a week after it gets to the consulate for the consulate to record your case in their system. It took mine about 5 business days to get it into the Montreal system.
