Feeling so sure that he's finally the one for you.. And here you are hoping that he will really never live you, build your dreams with him, a life with him but for just waiting just for 3 more months he can't do it?? How could somebody say that he loves you and hurt you at the same time.. By the way, we started january 30,2013. Had rfe around march then got approved on june... Enjoy your life guys!! Embassy in Ciudad Juarez approved my sweetheart's visa this morning!!  I go get her in 2 weeks and bring her back!! Thank you to all the members here who ask questions, share information, and sahre experiences. The date on our receipt was July 8 and we got the notification after 5 days (which is totally fine. ) We got Vermont Service Center. My fiance and I are very excited and relieved that we are done with this step. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-130/1-129F HELP!!!	hurt, here, means the I-130 for the OP, filed in June 2013, will be yanked out of it's position in the queue for adjudication, and the I-130 and the new I-129F put at the end of the queue for adjudication.   I challenge you to refactor your use of the word 'hurt', when you have some free time.   This, to the OP, would be a huge amount of hurt, since time and timing of the adjudication is his primary concern, at the moment.  well I am talking regarding my case,,,it did not hurt me and they did not move my case to end of the line!!!I field june and 2 weeks later my I 129 filed to a different service center,,,I got a letter for both of them transfered to NSC at same time,,the I130 and I129 go to different places,,and the USCIS tells you if any one got approved first will cancell the other,,if this will cause a problem USCIS would not have offered it from the first place. My fiance got an email after he submitted the Packet 3.5, with his interview date. Luckily the embassy was nice enough to not postpone my interview date to another month, and instead moved it closer by a day to the 24th. All of my life I have been in love with this man or the other but it was only me who was in love. I have finally found someone who loves me back and would do anything to make me happy and he is a Moroccan man. All my life I knew that my man would be as noble as an Arabian Knight. I just didn't know he would truely turn out to be one. So please do not trash talk Moroccan people I now have a Moroccan mother and father in-law, four sisters and three brother who have all welcomed me into their hearts with gifts, love, and so many hugs that I can't what to go back for more. Middle East and North Africa	MENA CR1/K3/K1 visas PART2	I am waiting still for things to be processed. Yesterday I received a email informing me that more evidence was needed. I am on pins and needles because I can't think of anything that we could have left out. My fiance ensures me that everything is going to be fine and so I calm down a little. Most of the time he is right when he says that. I am so thankful for him we talk every night for an hour or more. However, since we spent time together in February I have come to realize that one hour isn't enough. I miss him like crazy and I am praying that he will be here in Indiana for Christmas.
