IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	Yes I AM REALLY SICK OF IT TOO.  I am obsessed, I check on my laptop, through my phone while I am at work with the hopes that the invoice is there and is like every day is a let down.  If takes 4 weeks to get IV invoice, then I should get it the end of the month, then I need another month to get documents reviews and CC, then another month to get an interview date, and another month for the interview , that will be 3 month from July, if anything go without checklist then I should hope I will be done by Oct if I am still a live (this is really ridiculous) that is almost 2 years to get your wife/husband here	Lottry	Male	Sudan	2014-06-17 19:56:00

I was emailed like two weeks ago saying that the next step is to pay IV FEE but nothing is showing up ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. No updates in the damn website, I am about to go crazy! STILL NO IV FEE!!!!!! I received an email two weeks ago saying this is my next step, I check the site almost daily and no updates. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	I was reading information about overseas expedite on this forum back in December.    I contacted Nancy Peloci (since we lived in San Francisco) and her office contacted USCIS trying to expedite our application because we were applying from overseas.  USCIS denied our request since they were backlogged and were only expediting for medical reasons at that time.  I thought Nancy Peloci was the most powerful woman in America?  I should have contacted Michelle Obama instead.  LOL!     DS-261 form!    It sucks that it cost you two weeks!     I'm not even checking https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ until I receive an email from NVC asking me to pay the IV fee.  I'm afraid of accidentally clicking the DS-261 link and re-submitting the form!      I think it is better to check it because it may become incomplete by itself (mine did and when I called they told me it is the system problem and I had to completed again but they will consider the old date)	Lottry	Male	Sudan	2014-06-14 23:40:00
IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	It's ok that your taxes are rounded, as long as you use the numbers exactly as they're given on your tax return or transcript you'll be fine. My income figures were also rounded to the nearest dollar on my tax returns, I used them as they were given and everything was perfect. He told me that most NVC employees are working 16 hour shifts in addition to Saturdays. He said they are working hard to keep things on track however he has heard rumors now that it will take even longer for IV fees to be generated. Not sure what that meant. it is taking longer to invoice the IV already, It has been almost a month for my wife and still can not pay!!!It use to take a few days and now is taking weeks for the IV, I have no idea what they are doing?? If we get a checklist and have to wait another month for it to be reviewed, given the backlog they have what was looking like an August or September interview will likely be an October one. And it's just for my case. I still wait for my son's case number. I understand that I only have to pay AOS fee one time for me and my son. But how about AOS package, could you please help me figure out my question:  1. Should I send AOS package right after receiving AOS bill ? and don't have to wait for my son's case number ? And how many I-864 form I must send? Two or only one?  2. Wait until receiving the letter that assigned my son's case number?   Thank all of you I am Filing for my wife daughter also, how old is your son? I need advice.... since husband is residing in london but is an indian national, can i request the mumbai embassy to have my husbands case transferred from nvc to mumbai embassy and expedited? i can not take this any longer. i can not wait for my husband to come in august. that would ###### 16 MONTHS OF THIS SHITTY GOVERNMENT BS. ANY advice would be appreciated. well I do not know about the expedite, but it took me more than a month to try them just to change the embassy for me,,but if they can expedite it for you that may be quicker, goodluck!!! I called yesterday and was told the same thing.  I even called early this morning and it was complete.  I called just now and I was told my case is NOT complete and he didn't now why I was told that.. I ask to speak to a supervisor. She looks at my case and told me there is conflicting information.   ( needless to say I am freaking out)   she said she will correct this and call me back this afternoon. Her goal is to fix this by today.  She told me they are finished the first round of July interviews as of June 2nd so I might not make a JULY interview... #######???   so as of right now I am not inline for an interview.      I swear... this is the most EFFF'd up process.... Whatt?? I called yesterday asking about my IV invoice and when will be up, I was told to wait 30 days from May 29th because that when they rec'd my Ds 261 (I submitted the Ds261 on April 24th and I have the confirmation),, I called today and talk to a different person that told me they never rec'd my Ds 261!!! and when I told her I have a conformation that I sent it on the 24th of April, she told I need to send an inquiry with confirmation attached to it that way they can make the change?? is it going to take 30 days to check my email??? I am really confused and wonder about these people answering the phone and from where they get the info>>>	Lottry	Male	Sudan	2014-06-04 14:34:00
