K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	What's up with the processing dates??	For I-129F, I noticed it went from July 28, to July 24, to July 23, and now it is August 29th today?? But I didn't see any new approvals. How is this data compiled and am I missing anything. It is making me pull my hair out more than I'd like haha. Any explanations would be most appreciated....Thanks This is for CSC by the way... I understand it is frustrating, but you have been only waiting for 2 months now. Just take a deep breathe and don't monitor that date for another 3 months. I am only a month in front of you and I decided to stop monitoring that stuff and just read posts here and prepare things that will be needed come interview time. Good luck and all the best. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	i give up on noa2	i give up on waiting for the noa2. its been 6 months and 4 days of waiting. its so frustrating for waiting, like it will not come anymore. we dont know whats going with uscis. its not making since the july filer that behind our filing date is approved already but us did not hear anything... so depressed and frustrated. i think i will not wait for that noa2 anymore.whose july filer there that same noa1 with us... You will see you are nowhere near being alone. VSC is at less than 50% done with July filers according to VJs site information. Again, this is just a rough measuring stick since it is only as good as what we the VJ people put into it. If I was a betting man, I would say you should be hearing something no later than end of February. But that is just my opinion. My link All the best, stay positive and stay patient. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Help waiting for my k-1 visa	Ok I need help because I have applied for my k-1 visa since July 27 2012 and I still have not received anything from USCIS I have been calling for 2 months and they have been telling me they are working on cases submitted July 17 2012 my case was sent to the California service center. I have also heard it makes a difference because my husband is from Iraq so I can experience longer wait times? It has been almost 7 months and I have visited him 2 times since I applied for a k-1 visa. Someone please help since USCIS isn't helping!!! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	CSC news	So my fiance called today again and they are still on 18th July. They said to him that even if he called the senator, that would slow down our process. They said he can only file for a service request when our date is past due. Like when they start working on 6th August and after. This whole slowing down is so depressing. I cannot concentrate at work.. I cry the whole time.. I mean, right now I would be married and enjoying my love. Most of my vj friends got approved within 2-4 months. Sigh...... The 18 July is the date as of the update for Feb. However, I have noticed a couple of Aug NOA1s approved from CSC here recently. So keep the faith and maybe tomorrow will be your day.
