I was sent to Charlotte too even we live just 20 minutes away from the Raleigh/Durham office.. but I called USCIS and they allowed me to have my biometrics in the new office in Raleigh.. so we save gas They are nice and accommodating.. and fast too because it's not busy.. And then just apply for EAD...cost $340 alone ... (k3 holders are more expert of this than me coz im on k1) i came here on K1. He continued college from 2005-2007 He's benefits is non taxable, but he had a part time job in 2007, so he have latest income tax return and W-2 2007. Is this fine? US Embassy and Consulate Discussion	Affidavit and medical exam	hi you can call the us consulate where in ur fiancee will be interviewed and ask ur concerns.. coz we wonder of this before, coz my fiance is with me in our country, and we read that only us notary can do it and we need to go to the us embassy of our country, but when we asked the us embassy on phone bout this, they said it is ok if he's coming with me durig the interview, he can sign it infront of the consular officer.
