K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresQuestion 10 on the I-129F: Birth Cert number AND Passport number?
We have already checked the 'No' box on this question..is it ok to white-out this box? or is checking 'No' still correct?

"In question#10, we checked the box-birth in the US.

What should we answer on this question? -- have you obtained a cert of citizenship in your name? Should we check NO or do we just leave it blank??

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresG-325A unemployment and '+' questions
Is it ok to write 'None' for period of unemployment, or do we have to put 'Unemployed' for this?

We always have the '+' sign because of small fields..usually shows in months. Do we get RFE if we submit this?

My fiance did not attach any explanation letter about our meeting. He only wrote one paragraph that will fit on the space of Question 18 of I-129F form

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & ProceduresI-134 Question 11: Intend or Not Intend?

The sample form is there as a guide and it is based on thousands of K-1 visas which were approved previously. I would follow what is on the sample form. I've read a few threads here where the petitioner put exactly what is in the sample form and no questions or RFE was brought up regarding this question. Hope this helps...Posted Image

Here is a vote for "intend."

There was a recent thread here on VJ where the consular officer at the U.S. Embassy in Manila gave a beneficiary a bad time during her interview because her petitioner had checked the "do not intend" box. If I remember correctly, her K-1 visa was approved anyway.

What would it hurt to check the "intend" box? You would have the opportunity to add a nice comment below it about how you are going to marry your loving fiancée and are looking forward to providing for her needs. That should put the consular officer in a good mood. :D
