K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	I-134 Question 11: Intend or Not Intend?	The sample form is there as a guide and it is based on thousands of K-1 visas which were approved previously. I would follow what is on the sample form. I've read a few threads here where the petitioner put exactly what is in the sample form and no questions or RFE was brought up regarding this question. Hope this helps... Here is a vote for "intend." There was a recent thread here on VJ where the consular officer at the U.S. Embassy in Manila gave a beneficiary a bad time during her interview because her petitioner had checked the "do not intend" box. If I remember correctly, her K-1 visa was approved anyway. What would it hurt to check the "intend" box? You would have the opportunity to add a nice comment below it about how you are going to marry your loving fiancée and are looking forward to providing for her needs.
