Here's my check list ( actually part of my cover letter) Contents include: -Payment in the amount of $545.00 (I-751 and Biometric services) with a check with both names on it -I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence -Copy of Permanent Resident Card (front and back) -Copies of Federal and State taxes for 2007 and 2008 filed jointly -Copies of joint account statements since December 2007 -Copies of electricity bills with both names -Copies of phone bills with both names -Copies of Apartment lease contract with both names since April 2007 -Copies of car insurance with both names -Copies of Vehicle purchase contract with both names in March 09 -Copies of Vehicle Registration with the city of ******* with both names for the years 2008 and 2009 -Affidavit from hubby's friend -Affidavit from hubby's mother -8 pictures with friends and family since the wedding And no need to mention that any sort of policy or account numbers have been blacked out. Hope it helps anyone. And I didn't use any Acco fastener this time because I could only find a package of 5 for 12$ and I don't need that many. And they will refile in their own type of flier anyways. I saw my K-1 package in their own binder at my interview so they don't really care about the acco fastener. Canada	Shipping personal stuff to the US using UPS	I did send 8 boxes via UPS about one month before I moved to the US. THere was a form the UPS guy made me fill indicating what date I was moving and where, etc, etc. I dont remember very well, but I think the only thing it asked for was my alien number but not even sure about that. The customs did ask me to fax them a prove of identification, copy of my driver license, and the boxes were released with no duty fees. The UPS counter should have that form. They broke up the guild but a few of the core members stuck together and we followed them. We clear ICC except LK usually in one night in about 3hours then we finish LK another night. We've done about half of the bosses on Heroic mode as well. Our old guild's dynamic really sucked and I was tired of doing and wiping on the same things over and over again... So glad to know we are not the only gamers out there to meet on the game and fall in love. That's funny I just came accross this. My husband and me met on Alleria as well in 2004 when the game came out. I was a female NE hunter and he was a female human rogue. We still kept our toons there, but haven't played on that server in 3 years. We now play on Burning Legion. Or should I say he plays on BL. I haven't played in almost a year now, I keep my account activated once in a while so they don't delete my toons, but after playing for 5 years I kinda needed a break. I was too 3 years ago, they deleted 2 of my toons and sold all my items and took all my gold. Everything was recovered except the gear of one toon I had on another server that was all epic on a lvl 60 because they said I never opened a ticket, which I opened twice.... Anyhow, I was running a few addons at the time and one of them (priest addon) is probably what triggered a keylogger in my computer. I have been playing addon free for the last 3 years , regardless of the guild's demand. And since then I have seen a handful of guildies getting hacked, and one last week. I don't trust any addons anymore. And besides one guidy's account was just banned 2 days ago....possibly because he is running some sort of addon. But all they want to do now is farm the 1st boss in Ulduar 10 or 25. I think they downed a few more bosses in the 10, but that was only the best geared people and it happened only once. Everytime you mention Naxx 25, no one wants to come, either to help or to get stuff. And some people might leave when FFXIV comes out and the GM said if the guild keep sucking like this in 2 months hes gone. Canada	Missing My Canadian Forum Friends...	I am sorry about your Kassie I work at a vet and I have seen a few patients with bone cancer in the past few months. Hopefully the meds will help be more comfortable for a while so she can stay happier. I don't know if they took x-rays of her leg, but just to let you know depending on how far it has progressed and which leg it is sometimes there the possibility to amputate the leg. We have a 3 legged Rottweiler that comes to my work, he had the surgery about 2 years ago on a front leg and a little bit of chemo and he is doing great. It also depends on how her overall health is doing to be able to have surgery done. Just wanted to let you know just in case it wasn't mentionned to you by your vet. All the weak people that are followers were her best friends, and she would ignore everybody else except when she had an occasion to belittle them. Well most of you know me, I don't take that really good, so I got into her enemies list really quick. We have a medication that we give IV slowly (injectable metronidazole for flames ) and one day I was giving it at 2pm and got pulled away and there was about 10cc left in the syringe. She found it around 3:30pm and came and felt the need to tell me "Well it has to be given slow, but not THAT slow" to which I replied " NO $hit" She didn't like that Edited by Mephys, 29 July 2009 - 02:36 PM. Canada	Forgot to update	Like I said, when we got big dogs that are growling at us or trying to bite and we need to restrain them to get a blood sample or look at a wound, we take measures to make sure it's safe for us and for the animal. We have to muzzle them, or we lay them on their side and we have 2 people holding the dog so he doesn't kick or scratch the person taking the blood in the face, etc. But what she did was totally unacceptable. When they are in pain we lift them or we lay them on the gurnee if they are unable to walk. That poor dog was a stray, and on top of his injuries he had a bad tumor right on his face, and he never got claimed ( we have a 7-14 days waiting period for all strays) so we had to put him to sleep to take him out of his misery. Canada	Forgot to update	So I am currently enjoying a well deserved vacation, chilling at home, sleeping late every morning.... BUT I forgot to up date you guys about one major thing. I think I had wrote about that night staff supervisor that was a total ####### and that had been working there for 20 years and because it's hard to find night staff nobody was doing anything about her attitude etc etc. Well, SHE GOT FIRED! Funny thing is she took it upon herself to get into a delicate situation. A police officer brought in a old Rottweiler stray that had been hit by a car and was in pain, and she decided that she knew that dog and told the officer he was always playing that game with her ( ####### ) and dragged the dog by the coller in the hospital, making it scream and struggle in pain IN FRONT OF THE POLICE OFFICER! He didn't like what he saw, called a coworker and they filed a police report on her for animal crualty with all the other employees from my work as witnesses, because nobody liked what they saw. She had been dragging and hitting other dogs before but nobody ever did anything about. Sometimes there are big dogs that require a little more strenght when restraining them because they try to bite and all, but this was totally uncalled for. The dog was in dire pain and we usually manipulate them very gently. They say when you spit in the air it's gonna fall back in your face....well there ya go.
