I'm losing hopes, time and patience. I'm feeling sad and alone without my man, he feels the same way. What is the brighter side on that ? Like I said before, I'm ok with the USCIS taking time to give visas, but at least I would love to be able to travel to the US to be with the love of my life during the waiting time... sweetie if ANYONE knows what it is like to be away from her man is me it has been a year and a half now almost 1 year 7 months now since I got to kiss him hold him and laugh with him face to face. I understand that..oh boy do I..BUT if you do not stay busy stay positive, then you are not only failing him you are failing yourself in this process...you knew..well you both knew it could take up to 6 months JUST for the noa2..some got lucky some did not..its a gamble...BUT its close and you know its close..YOU had an RFE...it went faster then some I have seen on here...a few couples waited 2 long horrid months until USCIS did something or even let them know they were working on the case. You have proof they receive it..It will come.. One of you has to stay positive..trust me..with both of you being so negative and not saying hey babe it will happen..things like this are expected it could be worse and so on..you will both fight and we do not want it to lead to that... Now hold your head up and just know THEY have it..they FINALLY do..and YES it is okay to be sad or mad BUT stay positive..KNOW they are working on YOUR case and not letting it sit for another 6 months and using it for toilet paper We love you to pieces but get busy planning a wedding IT WILL HAPPEN...YOU know it will..WE know it will..it will be okay sugar!!! Then when the interview comes we all hope they say yes with no NOs to any of us. It all comes down to some person saying YES or NO you have a bonafide relationship Scary to think we all love these people and one person can take it away. So lets all gather round and give a BIG group hug...(UM who cut the cheese???) We still have so much to do for this..We set the wedding date for April 25th So we did get THAT done. This week he is heading to get his police certificate and I am working on his packet to send this week. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	July '08 filers	Terri WOOT!! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Aubrey thanks love..i thought the same thing. I pray they do not raise it HEAPS otherwise I will be taking two jobs even with a secretary job I did not sleep with with this flu ####### and severe head cold. One more day of work and then I can rest for 2 days ( I HOPE!!!) I am so sick BLAH BLAH BLAH! I am taking free online secretarial courses so I can update on all the NEW stuff. I have not done that in...HMMM 8 years!!! I am studying though medical terminology so I can apply for regence blue shield of Idaho and starting pay is 9.85 an hour. OH how things CHANGED! We are suppose to get 2 to 5 inches of snow today! Last night the winds hit 52 miles an hour and I lost one tree! Scared me to pieces!!!! We get winds this high once in a blue moon. The lightning storms here are intense sometimes! Two years ago we had a nasty lightning storm that killed two people here. No rain JUST lightning. We also get fires here that get nasty bad in the summer because it gets so dry. We had a fire 3 years ago that went through 6 towns and burnt 476,000+ acres of land and mountains. Thank god no one died but the sky was blood red and pieces of soot and burnt tree pieces were landing on my car and others around here. The seasons though are really intense, When its fall its fall(auteum) when its winter its winter, spring is spring and summer is summer. Even the temputure change is intense. We go from -2 or -4 to 120 sometimes here...Hella cold to hella hot LOL........... I was thinking in less then 60 days he should be home...its great saying less then 5 months less then 4 less then less then lesssssssss then lol...FEELS SO GOOD!!!!!!! how are those doing who have not received noa2s doing??? I think about you all a lot! I pray you all get it and everything goes smoothly for the interviews all that. I got one 3 months ago from Washington state and I live in Idaho AND the thing is they sent it to my ex husbands GIRLFRIENDS house...go figure THAT one out Anyway I had to call them and tell them that I have never lived there at that address. If you have moved all you do is call them OR write a written explaination of why you wont be attending (you moved) THAT should take care of it!!! I have to ship kais off on tuesday as I was El broko...My last two checks are SOOO low because I was sick for over a week SO I hope they dont look at those and go #######!!! My next one on the 15th though will be HUGE so am going to send that to him FASTTTT I do not care if it cost 50 bucks to send the damn thing. He told me to wait till the 15th to ship it all for 89 bucks so I might do that and have him make his interview for the end of Jan first part of February. THIS way I can show OT on my checks I do have some I am sending that show OT. QUESTION: If they Change the poverty level again for 2009 will that effect our fiance visa?? OR do we still get to use the 2008 one because we filed in 2008??? I HOPE NOT!!! I made my self sick worrying about it today. I just want him home and I am making my self so sick over it. I do not want them to say OH you do not make enough I know what they said..BUT they could change their minds..the government does it ALL the time I am also going to include the email THEY sent me saying with my SSI that I make enough and ABOVE the poverty level. THIS way they cant say NO WE DID NOT SAY THAT lol anyway Im a lil better today..ears feel CRAPPY! throat is sore but last day of work tomorrow THANK GOD then 2 days off lots of loves and praying for your noa2s!!!!!!!!!!!! Even though I expected them to say, “You’re still within the processing time,” I still got really frustrated when she “informed” me that I was still within the processing time. She began reading something to me and at one point, I just said, “Can you stop reading that? I already know that. Is there anything you can tell me that’s specific to my case?” I ended up hanging up on her. Here’s hoping that they can’t put anything on my file like, “Wow, what a witch. Make this chick wait as long as possible!” Hehe Well here’s hoping the rest of the process is super fast and easy for all of you with NOA2s! And here’s hoping that those of us without NOA2s don’t end up in the Six Month Club! So what did everyone get from their SOs for Christmas? I got a couple dvds and a bottle of perfume. We had a cap on how much we allowed ourselves to spend on each other since money will be very tight while waiting for EAD. Kai got me a dog tag onyx necklace with a dragon on it (has a good meaning for both of us) and I got him a leather jacket and a tshirt I am sorry they are diddling you all around!! Its as if your a damn number and not a human being...really frustrating when you can see you been TOUCHED and nothing happens....JERKS! I woke up all stuffy still no voice hardly and sicker then #######. I have to work and my head is pounding. I got meds but ACK been going on for over a week now and I feel miserable!!!!!!!!! I already missed two days LAST week due to a fall at work from the ice and snow so I am not missing anymore days...I have 2 days left and then I am laying down all day monday..I feel nasty sick...BLAH then tuesday is payday and I get my tiny check (missed those two days so it will be minus over a hundred bucks! I also have celulitis which is like a staff infection under the skin. I have had it off and on for over 6 months now and they say I will always have it...SO I have to go down today to get support hose and get my meds for this strep throat #######. I have no voice and sound like a sad seal LOL I am STILL smiling though:) Kai heading out on his monday my sunday to get shots done and then his police check...HOPEFULLY on his monday his packet for k1 arrives and my chrissy package comes on monday that I sent him. anyway getting ready for work... Kai will be spending his with his family for a while (last one with them for a very long time) then going over this his buddy Aarons to drink some Coopers pale ale and shoot the bull (poor bull!) He thought I would be upset as this will be the last Christmas with them and his best buddy for a long time. I had to giggle. I said Kai, baby Why would I be upset?? You will be here soon so no worries love! He is really excited to go to his friends house for an all nighter. LOL he goes in next week for his other shots and the titers test finally. He has been ultra busy like me and told his boss that he HAS to go no if ands or butts...his boss was okay with it and knows he is leaving in Jan or feb for home. I love him and my heart hurts for him now as I know leaving me wasnt a easy thing for him to do. I know he is suffereing now just as much as I am. My heart broke, I crashed big time. I fell to the ground and my girls had to pick me up, I ran through the airport screaming his name, thinking he was still there but in reality he was already in boston at this time. The next day I went to our wedding, hoping that he had just rented a car and was driving around, thinking that he had cold feet and would really show up and sweep me off my feet and take all the pain away. He didnt show of course as he was already back in England. When I returned home my phone was ringing and it was him. I cried so hard when I heard his voice and so did he. He knew what he had done but didnt understand why he had done it. He said he lost all train of thought and reason and just walked away. There was a couple of times that he turned back before he actually got to customs, and he actually went back to the car and was going to come to the place to meet me but when he got there he remembered that he had locked the keys inside of the car and there was no way out , his thoughts was that he couldnt call me because I would know what his plans were so he ran. I do treasure the time we have been able to spend together and I will survive the holidays but what is hard for me is this... I know that on xmas day, he will be surrounded by his family, his son, and his EX WIFE as his mother considers her family still. So I sit home all alone on xmas day , knowing that they are celebrating the holiday together , just hurts alot. I do trust him but still its the point. He says , I dont understand that things are different and he also says her being there is NO big deal... He doesnt love her and hasnt for a long time and that he loves me so I have nothing to worry about. Worry, isnt the problem , sharing that special day without him is the problem .. sorry I am rambling again... I just will be glad when this is finished and we can all relax and just be happy. It sounds to me he is filled with every excuse in the book. He hopped on a plane leaving you and you thinking you were getting married. I'm still waiting too............had TWO touches in October but NOTHING since and I'm losing my mind this week. Really not dealing well with this at ALL!! I know there are allot more out there who've been waiting alto longer, but...........USCIS already screwed with us once and it just adds more insult to injury if u know what i mean................oh well and the waiting continues........... Wow, I can't believe it! We have slowly made it into Igor's Top 40 with some fine other June and July filers! Yay #37! Who knows, we may even be lucky enough to break into the Top 10 in the coming weeks. What an honor. My salute to all those 36 other petitioners & Igor watchers with positions above me! In any kind of scoring system attaining these lofty positions would be truly admirable, so here it should also be that way! He chose NOT to fight back due to the visa. BUT will wait NOW to even schedule a medical until it is all cleared up. His father knew the guy who hit him and found him, grabbed him buy the shirt collar told him *listen mate you touch my family or friends and I will beat you like a hooker stuck to a dunny door! the guy was shaking and the main one who hit Kai was HIDING in a cupboard so his dad and his friend WENT IN dragged the lil ####### out and let him have it..slapped him like a girl and told him..HOW do YOU like being hit when YOUR down. They saw Kai and ran today at the mall...so they wont be coming round again!! They do know Kai from metal weapons and reanactments..its just silly to get drunk and act like a MORON!!!!!!!!!!! ANYWAY that was OUR day on top of ME having to go to the ER again and missing another day of work because of this huge fall I took...The doc said my back is so messed up that if I do not find another job that is not so demanding I will be in a wheelchair at the rate I am going. my c1 c2 and c3 were puffy and my L6 7 and 4 are really out of place and I have 4 bulging disk now...SOOO my nerve endings are very tender and make my legs twitch and jump... I REFUSE TO BE LIKE MY MOTHER!! in a bed demanding this or that and not being able to ever be dependent! I wish I would have NEVER took the car out that day so some drunk moronic teen could hit me...YES i know I am lucky..very lucky to even be alive! The car was totaled I hit my head on the windshield, crushed my left hand my kneecaps and cracked my c4 and l4 5 and 8 SO ya I'm very lucky because I used a wheelchair for almost 5 years and a cane for 4...its getting worse and I cant be in denial any longer..SOOO taking baking and secretarial training to upgrade my skills SIGH...God or the Gods only give you as much as they or he or she thinks YOU can handle and I must be a tough damn cookie.. Thanks all for letting me vent..its been a LONGGGGGGGGGG DAY!! loves you VJ family!! I want him home and we are NOW thinking on eloping and not going through having friends or family come because of this. It has eaten at my heart to many times lately.
