Work was LONG LONG LONG! Those older folks make me laugh though and make being sore MUCH better.

I got my Veil in the mail today and tried it on at work ROFL...Everyone was wanting to touch it and a few of the girls who work in the kitchen have offered to help serve food and make some dishes to help us out.
I was so tickled and touched by this offer!

I looked on the Calender today and I felt better for some weird reason! I thought OMG!! It is not long now and he will be home so I have to start busting my butt and finish painting the inside of the house!! LOL
SO I am doing the rest of the ceiling on monday (its a soft mint green) so THAT is done...IT goes AWESOME with the pine herringbone slats I put in the living room and I found paint for 99 cents!!! I found it at a place called The Habitat house. People donate left over building supplies and sell them for heaps cheap!!

I have to get a dryer and a stove next though on the 15th WE need one BAD!!


anyway enough of me babbling ( I swear I babble more then an older lady who lost her dentures on a roller coaster!)

Last night he moved out of his flat on his parents property because his father threw a door at him just for asking if he could have his friend come over to use the pool (mind you he pays 500 a month to live there) So kai packed up his stuff and moved in with his friends for a week until he can figure out what to do...

I did one time until he came home and I heard through the headset his front door opening and closing..he got on the headset and he said Oh God baby it is SO good to come home to you so I can just hear your voice. I knew then..nope HE is worth the wait.


It has been horrid to be away from him...but our love is deeper then any I felt and I know most folks would go STICK IT I cant do this anymore. Webcams and voice chat is on almost 24/7 so it feels like he is here...I know he will be home in a few months and if they denied us due to the fact that we could only afford one visit...well I will run away to him and not think twice or blink an eye..I just do not care where we live or where we go...Just so it is with him

I know it is sad you all...I know how it feels
Like i stated before Kai and I could not afford to visit except the one time so its been 1.6 years now and it sucks bad.,...I miss his smell, everything. Just remember those who are able to afford a visit are lucky..you get to touch your sweetie, you get to love them physically. We have to do it through a webcam and voice chat...BUT we know it is coming soon and we will not have to ever say See you soon again.
I remember bawling so hard at the airport and not wanting to let him go...It tore me apart to just see him leave...I knew it would be a very long time till I was able to hold him again. I know when he gets off that plane I will never take him for granted because I refuse to let him go on that plane ever again WITHOUT ME.

In real life, life is never fair....

Visiting your SO doesn't mean only coming to the US, how about visiting them in their country if you have the money so they won't risk getting denied and wasting the $1500 for the trip.. whistling.gif

Yes Cham, let's change the subject! Things are going well here. I'm fortunate enough to get to visit Sebastian a month from yesterday, so we're both very ecstatic and have been busy planning out our visit together. Our wedding/elopement planning is going really well, too! I have my dress, we have our venue, our photographer and we're working on our vows. Sebastian is writing a song for me to walk down the aisle to and we've decided to plan a big vow renewal reception at Christmas next year, so we're planning that. Lots of joy and love all around for us! Now we just need the NOA2. From the bottom of my heart though, I hope that every single person who applied before us is approved before we are. It's been difficult, sure, but I feel like we're taking things in stride more than a lot of people here are and I want those who are struggling more to have it before us. We're both very young, don't have overwhelming economic burdens, have been able to squeeze in one visit and, perhaps most importantly, we don't have kids who miss their mommy or daddy. You guys all really do deserve it ASAP and I'm anxiously keeping my fingers crossed for loads of approvals this week!

I will join in your sadistic pleasure by doing the Happy Dance of Approval. Yep, not only did I get approved on time, but I also had missing documentation sent after the fact matched up perfectly! I sent an imperfect petition, and it was the likely cause of my approval coming a few weeks early because someone picked it up out of a pile and decided to just work on it.

Not only that, but the NVC mistakenly had the wrong embassy listed to send it to originally, but when I called to check I was able to get the error corrected in one day! Yep, one day. They were awesome. I'm a Lucky One. Doing a Happy Dance. Right here in front of you.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it. Or choke on it, whatever pleases you most.

Just wanted to let those of you know that have been giving me advice along the way . We are also planning a Febuary wedding so all is going to be ok.

VJ has a sample I-134 form filled out here. Maybe that helps a little. The USCIS version does have instructions, too.

Think of filling this out like you would your federal taxes. Your dad would only claim you as a dependent if you are one normally on his taxes. Your fiancé is +1 on his dependent list. If you're unsure if he meets the requirement (it sounds like he does), you can check those here -- they use the same guidelines as the I-864 that you'll file at AOS. Look at the 125% side for the correct number, and it uses gross income.

Kai and I are so stressed over the visa we are so tired of waiting he is scared of being denied or screwing up the questions or getting our address wrong...he has been bawling and we got into a argument to the point of me almost letting him go so he is not so stressed out.

I wish I could stop bawling so hard...I just miss him and I am so depressed..if we got denied I would die and so would he...its been 1.5 years of not seeing each other due to funds. Now we are saving some and working hard on saving more so we can adopt. We thought it would be better to put money away then waste the money on trips when we know we will spend our lives together.

Cham, I hope you feel better really soon. Have you considered taking megadoses of vitamin C until you're better? My ex-husband was told to do that often (1000mg), and it seemed to help.
