1 I am not the original poster; I only added my 2¢ in on the post and explained some of my experiences in life.

2 I did not in any way say anything that bashed any one, I did not say anything that generalized anything about any type, race or creed of any women. I only explained a bit of my experiences with women. And only talked about my personal experiences.

In fact the only thing you could even fault me with was my first sentence stating that I agreed with scott55 “a little” and I really meant to stress the a little part.

A few other things to clarify here. I never set out to find a Filipino woman or a woman from any other nationality. I will admit I have always been attracted to Asian women in general. But I have never given preference over any type of women in looking for a life mate. If you really want to know I was introduced to my wife through the wife of a co worker. I was at a company picnic and discussing my latest relationship fiasco with her husband and she spoke up and said “OHHHH I have the perfect woman for you”. She introduced us and we started chatting on line for almost a year.
To clarify another statement I only said I was there for 20 days in the summer but I never said anything about other trips. In fact I have been there for over 100 days out of the last 180 days. I have been going over in 20 day increments to maintain visa status plus I have to go home every once in a while just to pay the bills and take care of business here in the states. In fact my last trip was over the Christmas New Year’s holiday from the 19 of December to the 7th of January where we got married.

Please don’t lump me in with others bashing, or making any type of generalized and across the board statement about American / western woman. I said nothing of the sort. So when you quote things I said use them in the correct context please.

first OFF mr troy I was refering to the OP not you.

There is no reason to put all American women in one category no matter what you have gone through with a few. I repeat, it has nothing to do with being from a certain country, its about being a woman and if you can't take care of them the way you want your expectations to be met, they will leave eventually. Maybe a little introspection is what you need before you jump into another relationship. Try to find out why women don't stay with you rather than shopping for another one just to have a baby. You might find that its not all women's faults that they don't stick around. After all no matter what, 3 K1s is a lot of baggage and if a woman is very easily going to overlook that aspect in your relationship then I really don't know how much she's thinking about her future with you.

exactly what i said! AGREED!

I think you would be better served to look for someone closer in age and interests. By doing that you would be less at risk for attracting a scammer. It's a red flag for trouble when you petition someone way out of your league. We all know what is in our "league" so to speak. I too would never consider marrying another American woman after my personal experience and those of so many others I know.

Hey now not all of us are jerks..many american women are wonderful people...just like in all countries there are jerks and rude folks EVERYWHERE.

ALSO remember there are age gaps that DO work. My has and so have others and you are welcome to see for your self at agelesslove.com.

I've noticed alot of discussion regarding filing a second K1 visa within two years of the first, and how the US CIS mistakes "beneficiary" for "petition". What I'm curious about is the two per lifetime K1 visa sponsorship limit. It seems that the wavier for that should only be granted if a previous beneficiary dies (or a female is abused by a previous beneficiary), at least, that's the impression i get reading the forms & internal memo. I've read the GAO report that states most K1 waivers are granted, but that's for the two-year rule if I'm reading it correctly. Is there any information regarding someone who's actually willing to risk a third round of Russian Roulette? I mean, even felons get three strikes, we get only two?

Mind you, this is purely of intellectual interest to me. I have no intention of going down the aisle again, regardless of her citizenship. wink.gif

I had my 3rd approved and it was within 2 years of the 2nd approval. The first 2 girls had backed out on me and never made it here to the US (they were 19 yrs old and this had most to do with it). This time it was me who backed out on this 3rd one, and she went back to the Philippines. Im still hoping to find a filipina wife cause I just cant meet the kind of woman I want here. So I may be looking for my 4th petition some day, perhpas sooner than later. Im just havent been ready to give my search any effort yet. Maybe Ill be the first 4th petition IMBRA test case here. If so, Ill be sure to let everyone know how it goes. If I could only find a 30 to 36 yr old woman in the states who isnt overweight, carrying baggage from previous marriages, and who doesnt care how much money I make, then I just might not need to look overseas for marriage.

Lets see YOU applied 3 times, Have to go to another country and pay someone to be your wife and your worried about overweight american women with baggage from previous marriages.

Well so far from my experience CSC is way slower then any center. The timeline we have for a NOA2 keeps getting pushed back farther. CSC people are NOT happy. I noticed the VSC is moving faster and pops the noa2s out way faster.
NOW if they hired ALL these people for the centers, HOW COME CSC is still slow and I see no improvement.
Noa2s take 5 to 6 months on avg for approvel compared to vsc 3 to 4 months...
I really wish I could have filed sooner so he would already be here OR have filed in VSC ...
They get the same amount of case loads SO what is the issue? They going to hollywood parties with P diddy???? whistling.gif blink.gif

I met my fiance on World Of warcraft a HUGE multiplayer game. I never thought in my wildest dreams we would ever fall in love. We would talk for HOURS on Vent (a voice chat gamers use)
then we went to MSN, Yahoo and Skype. I absolutely am so lucky and blessed to have this Man in my life. I have never been so deeply in love as I am now. we have been together over 2 years and I cant WAIT to start this amazing journey with him In the States!

At first We were judged because we met online until they see us together..I feel this way those who judge are closed minded OR had a bad experience. I respect that as long as they can respect the fact it is our life and see WE are a couple and WILL be together a very long long time.

50 days..You got a ways to go. It is normally 4 to 6 months. The Noa 2 is telling you YES we accept your application, we checked it out and we approve it. THEN it will go to NVC and then the EMBASSY where your SO will have an interview. The NOA2 is the longest part of the visa process. Best advice..Learn Patience and STAY busy!

Material misrepresentation follows you forever, you need a waiver to overcome it. Elasped time of pristine behavior is a positive point for the waiver but the waiver is not something that most take on their own. Wander over to immigrate2us.net and you will find many people who are writting waivers for much more serious things ( not that lying to immigration is a small thing )
