Seriously dude..... Thank you for the information.... but posting it 3 times is annoying. I was wondering if you had the hiccups  And..... if you have actually read the 171+ pages on this thread.... you would know that Saylin gives more advice and info than anyone. The only thing that I see from you.. is annoying multi-colored posts, horrible grammar, and nothing nice to say. Please... go find another room to troll.... try Sesame Street.

i was told a denied expedite can delay the process.
so im hesitant to try it

That sounds ridiculous..................request the expedite with the assistance of your Senator(s) or Congressman. If the US Govt can grant 55,000 emergency visa's for Haitian's, I don't see how they can not do it for someone in your wife's situation.

I haven't emailed either of them yet as I thought that my petition may have been transferred back to CSC, but today I received a response from the TSC I-130 inquiries email address stating that our petition is still at TSC, so I think I will try emailing Mr. Badger. Honestly I feel a bit uncomfortable emailing an address that hadn't been published publicly by the recipient, but I'll just politely and sincerely ask for whatever help or information can be provided; the worst that can happen is that we get ignored, which is pretty much already happening.

With all do respect, if I took that route, my wife's petition would not have been expedited and at the embassy now. The only way to get anything done is to raise some Hell. Yes, it is unfortunate but it will get results.

This is my life through USCIS:

Transfered to from CSC to TSC to CSC now to TSC ..Now iam in the lost HELL Hole /

And everyone . I have cantected Senators' Congressman, They have to useless..Never a response from them. Alao many times to Ms Barrows And Mr. Badger

.. Of course Contacted Ms Barrows. And Mr Badger as well..They have answered me rhwt would look into my petition .. Even to tell me it was at a peron desk .,..

I think i have found the lost hole in USCSIS
And I can now mentioned a few other things. I have a medical exdedite [Oct.] that was given to them in Oct. of 2010.. They cant answer for that at all.. Hoplessly lost I am sure..
Like I said let them answer now and explain to my wife how all is going backwards..
So I have not said much in this blog // But I do see what people have to fight for ..
We figth its a given right as far as I am concern in my country .Unless you are a shithead ,moron..
which we are not..
I want a true explanation and direct expedite all the way though to the Embassy..Anything else to me is unexceptable..
Share your feelings please ..
This is only my opinion..
But I bet I am not alone..

Send an email to this reporter, Cindy Carcamo ( ccarcamo@ocregister.com ), write it in Spanish, that will get her attention. Also, in the Subject line, put <NOT SPAM>, she'll be sure to see it.

Congrats to the recent approvals...............

I fired off an email to the Visa Unit at the US Embassy in Bangkok to get some clarification on what my next step is. To me this isn't clear? Has our petition been forwarded to the Embassy or just a request? From the Congressional Liaison at NVC:

Thank you for your email dated February 22, 2011. The National Visa Center (NVC) received the immigrant visa petition filed by Wade Scott Grant on behalf of Kampong Pinongram and assigned case number BNK**********. The attached expedite request was forwarded to the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand for review. Mr. Grant will be notified when a response is received.

I just got off the phone with a very polite and helpful NVC operator; maybe this info will help some of you.

My case was shipped to NVC on February 16. She said they have received it but it is still being "sorted" and to call back on Monday. I also asked her if my approved expedite from USCIS carries any weight at NVC. After a short period on hold she told me this..... She said that the USCIS expedite is different and does no good at NVC. She said that once I receive my NVC case number that I needed to call back (talk to an operator) and request another expedite. She also told me... "IF" the expedite is approved, they (NVC) will send the petition straight to the Consulate and they (consulate) will continue/finish the process. So.... in a nutshell.... if you have an "approved expedite" from NVC.... they will send it directly to the consulate and you will either send all of your documents to the consulate, or hold on to them and take them with you to the interview. I don't know how many of us can get an expedite at NVC but, we can always throw THIS in their face... especially the part where it says "Additionally, we have briefed the Department of State’s National Visa Center about these cases." Hopefully this helps some of you (us).

:bonk:

Erick,

This is the info i was looking for!!. According to the last email from Mr. Badger (not fermat, lol) today, he forwarded me the email from the Congressional Liaison at NVC that our petition is being expedited to the Embassy.

Turn around time for RFE's are USUALLY pretty fast once they receive the requested evidence. It could be just a matter of a few days.

David Badger is Supervisory Immigration Services Officer @ Texas Service Center.

That is the $65,000 question. I am making payment when I get home tonight. I am going to find out if NVC will waive the required documents be sent to them since my wife has them in Thailand. Why send them back and forth?????

Just wanted to add that during the K-1 process, it was required that my wife take the documents to her interview; Police Check, Translations of birth cert, etc.......

We will also reach out to the NVC manager and ask that the case be expedited from the NVC to the Consulate.

We are going to see a lot of passing the buck now. No one with balls is willing to step in and say "Hey, USCIS screwed up, because of that and the hardships that we have put petitioners through, we will make sure that they are all processed immediately at NVC as well as the Embassy/Consulate."

We are minions to them..............
