IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	Oh my goodness!!  JUST GOT APPROVED!!    I've been reading this forum since it only had 10 pages and have been checking this forum out constantly, but have never posted anything till now!!!    I had a PD date April 11, 2013 and got approved today November 22, 2013!! I literally had to leave work from the excitement I got from receiving a notification for my approval via the USCIS Case Status App for android.   The case was adjudicated from NBC (never transferred nor RFE nor applied for K3).   Had an infopass approximately 3 weeks ago and was told that my case has been assigned to someone on October 17, 2013. I did attempt to expedite (due to the political situation of the country) 2 weeks ago via a very rude senator rep, I doubt this was the reason I received the approval because I also sent along with the expedite another G1145 to be notified by my new phone number and never received the notification.    I just want to let you guys know to hang in there. I totally understand how difficult it is to be separated from your loved one for so long, but I promise the wait is well worth it! Just have patience! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	I'm afraid about the same thing. I didn't send in financial information as my name isn't on most of our financial dealings. (It's not necessary in the Netherlands because of the laws there and because my husband dealt with them, not me.)  And the files are in Dutch. My husband has the originals of our Dutch tax returns to bring to the consulate later, and I have some copies here, but I'd have to translate them, and that takes time. (Been slowly chipping away at those just in case I get a RFE.) I did send in our marriage certificate with apostille stamp (Got married in NJ), Close to 20 affidavits from family and friends, passport pages, CRBA's for both my girls, and the Dutch(international version) of their birth certificates stating both parents names on them, and 30 or 40 pictures of us together over the years with dates and explanations.    I'm hoping it'll be enough without the financial information, but preparing just in case it's not.      Edited by Kaylara, 21 November 2013 - 10:49 PM. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	April 2013 I-130 Filers	There are not going to be any transfers to VSC i think, as the hard copy that i received says that USCIS is transferring the cases to CSC, TSC and NSC only.   That's what people have been reporting and also what it said on the USCIS announcement. Whether or not it's the truth is anyone's guess. Probably won't find out the truth until next year when someone stumbles over the information in a FOIA request on an unrelated matter. (again)     Ah well, then I give up!! I wish the USCIS has the guts to fire someone over this mess.   You and me both. I know that we're trying to see if there's any kind of pattern or predictability in that spreadsheet in the March thread, but so far it just seems like a ####### shoot.   There are not going to be any transfers to VSC i think, as the hard copy that i received says that USCIS is transferring the cases to CSC, TSC and NSC only.   That's what people have been reporting and also what it said on the USCIS announcement. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	Scheduling interviews doesn't involve much (compared to reviewing cases). They can only work with what they're given. If the embassies don't give the schedule and/or don't have enough room, then people aren't scheduled. There's really nothing to work overtime on when it comes to scheduling interviews. True. That's what I thought,  it was just wishful thinking lol Thank you Saylin!! Btw love the car, I've been thinking about a Toyota Hybrid and you sold me on it. So double thanks! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - June 2014	another month and it has gotten worst ! husband and I been fighting like we hate each other he had asked for the divorce a million times then we been trying to make it up and we can't be good w.o fighting every 2 min idk wat to do anymore i love him but he doesn't seem to care about this anymore! when we fight he left our case out as if he was doing it to hurt me he doesn't wants to cll nvc or do anything! we already paid the I864 fee and thats all we have done we are in troubles besides fighting everyday he had to amend his taxes and now he haven got the amid tax back so we can't even put together the AAOS PACKAGE  not to mention he owns IRS $300.00 for filling wrong his taxes :  this sucks almost two years of this bs and we are losing it ! someone help me do we  need the amend forms to send the package    I understand where you're coming from. My husband and I have been having really intense fights on the phone lately, and we are just waiting for our interview date.   Maybe just take a few days to cool off, and then go back to talking to each other.  It would suck to let NVC and USCIS win after all this time, hang in there!! NBC	We had same pd. i got transfer too and received email 2x the last is same as you.maybe it process in 3 service center nebraska.vernont or texas. what uscis told you when u called?dis u ask how lon it will be aproved! In the hard copy transfer letter I got, it says that it should be adjudicated within 60 days, and if it's not to call an get a service request started. But depending on where your case was transferred to, there appear to be different amounts of processing time, and all appear to be under 30 days as of now. Your i 130 has been transferred to your local USCIS office. Your I 130 was transferred and now being processed at USCIS office I called USCIS office and asked them where its being processed and got a funny answer that I will come to know when a decision is made.   Does anyone have any idea where this is being processed? PD is March 4th. Call again, and request to be transferred to a Tier 2 because you are getting conflicting information. The Tier 2 will tell you where your case is. NBC	Hi, My husband just got an email that saying my case is in Texas, at the NBC.   But he hasn't received a mail or hardcopy yet. Well hopefully soon. And what is Tier 2? I read someone's commented about calling Tier 2? What is that?  The NBC is not in Texas. Texas is a service center. It got transferred from the NBC in Missouri.    Tier 2 is an actual immigration officer, instead of the Customer Service Rep you get when you first call the USCIS's 800 number. What you do, is call the regular USCIS number, and tell the person who answers the phone that you are confused about the conflicting information you received in your email. They will transfer your call to a person with more information and ability to find out information regarding your actual case.  You might need to ask for a call back, but it's worth it.  When they call you back, just tell them that you're confused, and ask exactly where your file is, and when it was received at the new location. So my husband just got an email that my case is in Texas, at the NBC. But on November 8th, 2013, USCIS said that my case was transferred to local office. Can anyone please tell me what happen? Is NBC a local office?!?! I don't think so.  How long until I get to hear the decision?  Thanks a lot. The NBC isn't in Texas. It's in Lee's Summit, Missouri. (And possibly Overland Park, Kansas, but maybe not.) What the transfers from the NBC have been getting are 3 emails. Once you get the hardcopy it should tell you to which Service Center you've been transferred. If you're impatient, call the USCIS and tell them you are confused and getting conflicting information. I woke up this morning, checked my email, screamed to my husband to wake up and told him that the USCIS sent us an email saying that WE GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!! We couldn't be more happy!!!!! We are over the moon!!!!!!! It has been exactly 8 months since we mailed in our petition; March 6th filer. So, we just wanted to share the good news with everyone and we hope everyone else gets approved soon as well!! Good luck to all! We will keep you posted! Got the third email! Huzzah! Hrm... NBC	I think the glitches are pretty overwhelming.  For the first 6 months, the only service center that popped up for me was Vermont, but the entire time, every time I called they said it was at the National Benefits Center in Missouri.  THEN, NBC was the only available selection, then a month later, ALL service centers (CA, VT, TX, NE, and NBC) show up.  And they ALL show a processing time of 11 months and a national avg of 11 months.  VT I think shows 10.4 months when I select it though.  (even though TX shows the bar graph all the way to match the 'national average' at 11 months, it actually says 'weeks' instead of 'months' below the display of the bar graph).  So I'm pretty sure it's ALL screwed up and that's why I never trust what I see there, and just keep calling periodically.   I added pics of what I see (changes every week or so...)    VisaOffices.jpg   VisaOffices2.jpg I'm having an absolute brainfart of a day. How do you see those processing times again? I've been looking for those stats and for some reason I can't find them. NBC	How did you find out you were transferred to California Service Center.  I just found out that we were transferred to the Nebraska Service Center. I had to call and talk to a tier 2 to find out. (My case said that it was transferred to Lee's Summit, but as I've previously been told it was sitting at the Lee's Summit office, I just told them I was confused and that the emails hadn't given me any information.
