Don't forget that once the visa is issued you have 6 months (or is it 4? someone will correct me?) before you must enter the US and 90 days before the marriage must take place. You do have 4 signed G-325A's for both you and your Fiance, with original signatures. Correct? Uh oh. This makes me REALLY nervous. Because I didn't have time to finish my G-325A before I leave Maine on my last trip, when I got home I superimposed a scan of my signature onto the PDF and had my partner print it out for submission. Are you basically saying I'm screwed and I'm going to get RFEd before we even get going? If so I'm tempted to print out and sign and send over another replacement set right now so it's ready the second we get rejected. Don't worry yet. I sent mine certified. Left on a Friday morning, have a recieved date te next tuesday. You can track the cetified number and receive an email upon delivery. Good luck on your journey. I don't have the location because I do not remember some of them and some of them were generic (like random hotels/malls), however I put the date and names as I think they are more important. I think this is still fine, though... The location doesn't need to be that specific- the city would be sufficient. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	CSC on pace to finish March, April, May this month	In Nov. they would clear 142: Aug. 68 (with NOA1) plus 7 (no NOA1 yet) Sept. 17 with NOA1 plus 7 (no NOA1 yet) so far this month. If the number of Sept. applications stays small, they might even get into the October applications. Tom Thanks for keeping us up to date with how the cases here are moving along. I love seeing your posts. And I will take your prediction that our approval will come in November. Perhaps I got it wrong, I thought the phone bills, emails etc were needed to prove an ongoing relationship rather than having met. I can find some of these here although my other halfs filing system is basically throw it all in a heap. Lucky I can still operate on UK time even though I am in the USA, I think I am in for a long night. You do not need to offer evidence of an ongoing relationship at the USCIS level. Petitioners may want to include this type of evidence if it is particularly helpful in adressing an special issues in their case that might arise later at the Consulate or if the evidence of an on-going relationship helps explain the proof of meeting evidence in some way. It is important to paint a complete picture for the ajudicator especially if going through a high fraud consulate. USCIS is not going to approve or disprove your petition based on evidence that you have an on-going relationship. Each case is unique and the evidence should be complete enough to reflect your meeting- for some it may mean having more evidence than others. Total time from mailing to NOA recieved 18 days although it iis dated for the 13th. Woo! Hoo! Congratulations! Yes it should come from CSC. I just got my NOA1 via email 8 minutes ago: Receipt Number: WAC0xxxxxxxxx Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) Current Status: This case has been approved. On September 18, 2006, an approval notice was mailed. If 30 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours. There's NO need to congratulate me at all. I didn't post this to gloat or to pour salt on those who are still waiting from March or April or May. I am sorry to those folks who have waited so long. I sincerely hope you get your approval very soon. Again, NO need to congratulate me. I posted this message to offer statistics and to give some hope to CSC petitioners that it's getting much better at CSC now. My approval from CSC took around 55 days. I really can't ask for more from CSC. I filed directly with CSC. Best wishes to everyone else at CSC! I hope you all receive your NOA2 very soon in the future! Cheers! Is there any point calling for the 30 days, 30 days, 30 days #######? This process is so frustrating I don't think I could handle getting the brush-off by some unsympathetic, not-so-nice, USCIS officer. I know its frustrating, but now you have an advantage because you are officially outside their processing date. Gett that RFE in and call them. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	July approvals in one fell swoop	Just a guess, but here goes. Suppose CSC gets evaluated on average approval time, just as VJ measures. They've approved lots of March/April/May people in the last few weeks, as they should. But it means their average wait unitl approval time has gone up dramatically, especially compared to Vermont. How to get it down fast? Approve some of the straight forward July applicaitons on the new forms. Then once their measurement date passes (who knows when), maybe they'll go back to the NOA1 date, they way they should have. The idea of putting new staff on straight forward cases also sounds reasonable to me. Tom There was a bunch of us June NOA1's who had used the old pre-IMBRA form but never got RFE's when they seemed to be bulk mailing them. Since there were some who got RFE's despite using the new forms, my hunch is that CSC designated a cut off date in June sometime (12th?) and assumed any petitions received after that date used the new forms which explains why we never got an RFE. Then, for awhile there, it seemed they were consistent about approving only the petitions that were affected by IMBRA (March - June). Looking at Gary's latest table on approvals, there's only a handful here on VJ that are left from March, April and May. Then this weekend, several of Juner's got emails stating that an RFE was mailed to us. Perhaps, they are really down to July petitions left that they know for sure were filed using the new form?
