K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Please tell what does this Mean	But, my fiance believes that he wasnt denied because they didnt stamp his passport book which I think is irrelevant. He is mistaken, alas. If they were going to do additional processing at the Embassy IV unit, they would have told him so. They may or may not have kept his passport, as well. If they did not keep his passport, he would have gotten another 'sheet' of stuff, requesting additional information to be sent in, along with his passport. He didn't receive that. He received a 'hard denial', instead, with a sheet containing verbiage stating that the casefile is being sent back to the USA for possible revocation. Right? Way back in post #6, I was trying to 'get you' to 'get' your fiance to send in an exact copy, a scan, of all documents he was given. You really should get them, study them, todayish. Removes a lot of conjecture and doubt, all the way round. PS - there is no Jamaican Embassy in Jamaica. Same way there is no US Embassy in USA. Edited by Darnell, 26 December 2011 - 04:31 PM. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Excessive Chat Log - Too Many Pages	Skype huh. Man wished I had know years ago when this courtship started I would need every conversation logged and such. I have had landlines (at least I have those bills) but mostly cell phones. The cell phone company wants $25 for every month you are requesting. My husbands cell phone company wants $50 for every month. And its only a phone long not any texting. Guess you have to get a court order for that stuff. And I was using alot of those disposable calling cards not the cards you have accounts. Live and learn. I just hope we have so much overwhelming evidence that phone records for every dang day won't matter. Heck I too have 750 pages of facebopok emails, 350 pages of hotmail and yahoo email. The log alone for facebook was 43 pages, Hotmail 27 pages. I so love the way Yahoo puts IM's and emails all together they really have it together over there. Was there any reply affirming that the withdraw request has been granted or some sort of communication from the consulate or DHS? Its a little confusing how the foreign fiancee can request that an approved petition be withdrawn, resulting in a DHS revocation, since the underlying I-129F petition was completed by the USC and approved by USCIS, not DHS. The beneficiary can not attend the interview, or request a cancellation of the interview...but not the withdrawal of the I-129F...that is not within their power. I am looking over the required information for the I-134, and I see that in the letter from your employer they require the following information: 1. Date and nature of employment; 2. Salary paid; ***3. Whether the position is temporary or permanent.*** I am in a grant-funded position, and funding will run out at the end of 2012. I should be filing the I-134 in early 2012. My employer is generally very good about securing more funding or moving people around so that no one is let go due to lack of funding. I'm not particularly worried about my job security, but I'm don't know if the Government will see things the same way. I really don't want to have to find a co-sponsor (embarassing!). Will this jeopardize our K-1 visa? FYI - current salary is well over 125% of poverty level. Thanks! I am sort of in the same boat.... I work from home teaching chess & trumpet so I am my own boss.... how what should I do for "letter of employment" etc?? Please help.... want to make sure everything is done 100% right. Pls be advised that sworn affidavit of age is not accepted at the lagos US embassy, you have to get a birth certificate from the National Population Council in your LGA...
