Although February 8th will be 7 months of waiting for us, I agree with the positive approach.

I DO worry that aggressive harrasment will put us to the bottom of the pile. Like it or not, it happens. To be honest when I was younger, in the office I worked in, I am sad to say I have done it. I was always a lot more empathetic to the less pushy type of enquiry. Who knows what goes on there. We WILL get approved. The weekend stresses us, but we should remain positive and hopeful. Things WILL happen this week!

I think Val and Gary is right.Let's stay positive,I really think,all of us July-August filers will be approved in a couple of weeks.Just because we don't see any touches does not mean they are not doing anything.They promised us 5-6 months and I really think they will do it.All of us will be APPROVED!!!VERY SOON!!!

DCF is ALWAYS faster, it is not a belief. You do not deal with USCIS and NVC so how can it not be faster??? People in Colombia are approved in 2-3 months.

Yes DCF is much faster but only if you have the funds.you have to show 5 times more than powerty line for two people,which is around 90.000$,that could be cash or property.

Do you have to be completely nude for medical exam?

this is particularly inconvenient to lot of applicants who have to get a medical done outside of USA since in some countries and specific states only option you have is one approved doctor who is a male, so no matter what even all the female applicants irrespective of their age have to go visit this male doctor for physical exam? Even in other states in India there is no way of you choosing a female doctor or male doctor.

Unlike in US especially in India you don't have an option to choose between a male and female doctor for medical exam. very sad.

Having said that have anyone gone through medical exam in their respective countries share their experiences or of anyone from India went through the medical exam pls. share your experience.

So what,if they have to be nude.doctor is a doctor,they have seen thousands of naked male and females in their practices.what if in emergency,are they going to ask for a female doctor to come and save them? How funny!!

I don't want to tell you this but ,he will waist his money for applying for a tourist visa unless he has a good ,solid job,money,property and can prove CO that he has a strong ties to go back to Turkey after his stay here in USA.GOOD LUCK!!!

Waiting for NOA2

How long should i expect on a I-129f NOA1- NOA2. its been 4 month, 1 week and 2 days waiting for NOA-2 Is anyone else in my timeline? This process is so suck, waiting and feeling sad to be far away for my love

Every day processing time change, why some people got it in two month others says 5 or 6 month

post 5 month question

Last week we passed the 5 month wait time for our K1 visa. We sent our packet to the Texas Service Center (avg. wait is 5 months). We still haven't heard anything from them. I have read on this site that a follow up letter is a good idea once the wait time is expired. Where do I send this letter? To the Texas Service Center or is there a different (or better) place to send the letter? Any and all help is most welcome. I am tired of waiting for my Fiancee and I am ready to start our life together.

Hi there,didn't you read the forums how TSC was backed up with 36.000 petitions.All of us have petitions with TSC waited 6-7-8 months before approval.It will be 7 months for me in March 11th.There are few of june -july filers still waiting for approval.I am also tired of waiting 7 months and want to be with my husband also.Good luck!

Adding Proof of Relationship after NOA1

Hello

I have already sent I-129F in and received NOA1. However, I grow more nervous that I have not put enough Proof of Relationship. I know this is probably normal to feel this, but I want to add more proof to my paperwork now. My Question: Can I send more proof to UCSIS before NOA2??? And if I can, how??? Do I just add cover sheet with my # that USCIS gave me??? Thanks for all answers!!! I wish all the speediest process too.

Do send proof!!! I've got an RFE after waiting 6+ months.I will not wish this to nobody.Please send whatever they want you to send.
