My husband is the regular member of this site . yesterday, 16july i had my interview. It was an easy going interview. i reached there at 6:30 but they started the entry at 7:15. first step : I was told to queue up where they took my finger printes around 7:20, then the interviewer told me to provide him with one pic which he matched with the photo of DS-230 form and then he returned me the photo . They did not ask for the photo as my husband rajee had already submitted my photos at NVC (U.S.A)and then i was told to wait. second step: I was called for the first round of interview around 8:15 where the interviewer asked me the following questions - who is calling u to US?, what is ur husband doing? , what r u doing?, where is ur local police station report(which i didn't require to subimt as i have a newly issued passoprt). The interviewer was a joval preson, so he smiled and didn't ask me anymore questions and returned me the orgianls which we submitted at NVC and then again i was told to wait. third step : I was called for the second and the last round of the interview around 9:30 and the interviewer told me to pledge and told me to sign DS-230 form . He asked me the following questions- when and where did u meet ur husband?, how many people attended the wedding?, how many relatives came from US?, have u evry visted aborad and when, was it an arrange or love marriage. My husband already submitted all the proofs at NVC, so the interview was vey basic and genral and they didn't see my marrige pics or other proofs. They didn't ask for any photocopies also. pls feel free to ask any questions. navneet HI neetu!!!! i know RAJEE we both went thru the NVC process at same time, and we were one of the first to use online payments, to make it go quicker... i was very excited for ur interview and keept watching rajees posts! im so hapyp for u both!! thanks for sharing ur experience..my husband is in hyderabad and our interview is on july 28th but i am flying to hyd next thursday to be with him furing interview,... im excited finaly a long wait is soon to be over!! take care and bring lots of clothes and jewelry here !!!	hyd617	Female	India	2008-07-17 06:39:00

I just called USCIS representative for the follow up of I-129F withdrawal letter I mailed 2 weeks back. I was told that I-129F is automatically closed in April 2008 when our I-130 was approved. Then I asked why online still says "Pending". She told the online info. is wrong or not updated properly, but their records show that I-129F is closed in April 2008... A K3 visa cannot be granted after your I-130 has reached the Consulate abroad and certainly not when you are already in the US with a CR1. Informing USCIS would be a courtesy to others in the process, so no more time will be spent on your case but there is no actual need to do anything about the petition or consequence to you for not withdrawing it. It is unfair, getting info and advise, and then screwing everyone here by leaving holes in the timelines and skweing the whole thing. Would it be possible to DELETE those who got approvals but listed as not approved yet from the timelines? I looked at quite a few of them, they post questions about NVC processing and POE, approved long time ago, but listed as no noa2 yet.
