K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K-1 application	Thank you all very much for the information. Boiler, I do have a return ticket, but it's only 2 weeks after my arrival ticket so I'm worried if I say I want to stay for 3 months and they ask for proof of my return, I only have a ticket valid for 2 weeks. As it's a bottom of the range one, it is non-ammendable. Jason. The last time my fiancee came which was 12/05 we planned on her staying the whole 90 day limit on the VWP, but due to many visits we decided to get a changeable ticket (only about 50pounds more) and changed the return date from Jan 06 to March 06 after entry. We had no problem at all. We didnt want them thinking that we were abusing the VWP by staying the whole 90 days multiple times, so thats what we did and had no problems. Hi guys, I just wanted to know what does being touched mean?..and how do you know when you have been touched? im a newbie and just filed my K1 on march 25th. Thanks for the info in advance, Keith&Irish Touched is a term that used to describe when a date change occurs this happens when USCIS looks, moves, or takes action on your petition. The way that you can find this is to go to the uscis website, on the right you will see Hot topics go to Case Status & Processing Dates, then under Case Status Portfolio with Updates via Email create a customer account. You will need the receipt # (can get it by receiving your NOA1 in the mail, or if you used a personal check you can obtain the number after the check is cashed). Dont know about VSC, but they have been sending petitions from TSC to CSC for awhile now. Now NSC is going to CSC as well. VSC is the last one so who knows. He received a white sheet of paper and this is what it said. The Foreign Service of the United States of America saying the following.... Dear Visa Applicant: We are returnign your visa petition the the Department of Homeland Security office where it was approved with our recommendation that the petitiion be reveiwed for possible revocation. Any further inquires should be directed to that office. The reasons are as follows: **Marriage appears to be for immigration purposes only.** Sincerely,Chief, Immigrant Visa Unit I need further advise as to what to do, who to call or who to notify before our case is sent back. She was there on-time and everything seemed fine. The CO officer asked all sort of questions about me and how we met and how we communicate since i never visited since we got married last august (she showed him our DAILY phone records talking on avg more than hour a day). He asked many detailed questions! she answered all ok. Then at then end he gave her a slip asking for two things: 1. Since I was married in the past in the U.S., he wanted to see the original divorse document although he has a copy that I sent with I-130. That is something that was not requested from NVC nor did i thought they would need it. Anyway, I just got back from DHL at the airport, so the document on the way to my wife. 2. The doctor has missed one vaccination (forgot what is it called) that is required recently for ages 16 to 26. I guess the doctor wasn't thorough or he did not have an updated list, because CO told her that is a new requirment!! They told her to send the information to the consulate and once they receive it and review it they will give her a call to have her bring her passport! so, here is our story, not a good one today. I never though they will ask so many questions. The good thing that everything they asked her, I went over with her.
