K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Any problems with attorneys?	Okay, another question regarding firing my attorney: The NOA1 went to his address as opposed to mine. The NOA2 is currently in the mail, and I assume it is also being sent to his office since the first notice did. Does that mean that my fiance's packet 3 will also be sent from the embassy to my attorney? I've read a couple of posts where it seems like that happened. And I imagine that will add time. If I do fire my attorney now and if packet 3 will be sent to his office as opposed to my fiance's home in Germany, what will happen? Is it possible to get all that changed in time if I fire the attorney or am I better off just keeping him because it will complicate and lengthen our wait time? I'm so frustrated. And also that he was smart enough to send it to the right place and I have my NOA2. In the end, I just want my love here with me and I guess no matter what it's worth it, but you would think somebody getting that much money from you would try to do the best possible job that they can. Maybe I just live in a fantasy world, but that is how I work with my clients. When you start the journey, you need to read, read, read, get overwhelmed by USCIS website pages, try to fill out the forms and go to VJ for advice... It takes work, but once you understand how it works it is getting easier and easier to fill out the forms and know what to do for next steps. The experience of real people from VJ is invaluable, and they do not try to make money from you. A big thank you to you all, luv you! Yeah, the people here ARE great. As the others have said K-1 visa is not for dating it is to get married. Don't marry her if you are not sure. It sounds like she doesn't want it very much either. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Marriage certificates as well as divorce certificates	I have received pkt 3 from US consulate in UK - the list of documents you need to have to take to the interview are: passport( valid for at least 6 months)... birth certificate.... adoption certificate ( if applicable)...... deed poll if applicable..... marriage certificate ( for each of your prior marriages).... divorce or death certificate...... police certificate........ court record ( if applicable)..... military record ( if applicable) 2 colour photos ........evidence of support .......translations (if applicable) So at some point they will expect to see it... O no ... Does anyone have any suggestions with what I can do? I'm stuck now! They won't mail you the certificate? I have no idea who to speak to etc - Tanzanian law is impossible to research on the internet and my 'ex husband' will not do anything more for me - he sent the divorce certificate and that was the last thing that he would do! I've called the Tanzanian embassy in London but they said they couldnt help. I'm at a loss - without actually going to Tanzania myself - which I cannot do. Oh I see.
