What if I am a K nonimmigrant visa holder and already had a medical exam overseas?   If you were admitted as a: a. K-1 fiancé(e) or a K-2 child of a K-1 fiancé(e); or as a b. K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen or a K-4 child of a K-3 spouse of a U.S. citizen; and c. You received a medical examination prior to admission, then:    (1) You are not required to have another medical examination as long as your Form I-485 is filed within one year of your overseas medical examination, and the medical examination did not reveal a Class A medical condition, or if you did have a Class A medical condition, you received a waiver of inadmissibility and have complied with the terms and conditions on the waiver.   (2) Even if a new medical examination is not required, you must still show proof that you complied with the vaccination requirements. If the vaccination record (DS 3025) was not properly completed and included as part of the original overseas medical examination report, you will have to have the vaccination report completed by a designated civil surgeon. Your co-sponsor (if Ghana allows one) will fill out the I-134 with the supporting documentation (read the instructions) and that's that - no biggie, just remember that even if you're unemployed, you still have to submit an I-134 for yourself as well as for your co-sponsor - good luck to you! Where I'm from, we don't even have birth certificates so I wouldn't have been able to give them one even if I wanted to! I contacted them because i have seen many february approvals that are past my date and im still waiting, so its kind of unfair to see that when you have filed before them. Unfortunately, there is nothing that's "fair" in this process. The USCIS will process cases at random, not according to date filed. All you can do is wait. You can call Dept of State at 202 663 1225. My husband called last week and was told Kingston was fully booked for the remainder of March and all of April and he should call back mid April for a date. Let us know what you find out from them. Not at all what happened to us! I simply emailed the embassy the signed DS 230 and got my interview date four days later...NVC waits for nothing then it comes to K-1's, they don't process them! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	NVC Hold Up with Sending I-129F to Embassy	Posted in NVC but also posting in this forum since it relates to K1 visa. NVC received and assigned my case number on 3/21. I called today and was told it can take 2-4 weeks for processing. I see plenty of people, even those with the same beneficiary country where NVC processes and sendd within 2-3 days. Even when looking at K1 stats it states that NVC is processing as 3/22/2013. Has anyone been in my scenerio and has successfuly been able to get special attention to your file and have it sent right away? i.e like going to a supervisor for further investigation. At this point I am not waiting up to a month and then another month and a half before my fiance gets his visa. It seems arbitary that some get in and out in days and other do not. I did call to update the beneficary's address once the case was approved. I also updated the beneficiary's email a couple of days ago. Would this have any affect with NVC "administrative process"? Does anyone know exactly what is the NVC Administrative Process for K1's? There's a good chance it's been sent already, I was told the same thing when I called. As well as my time away is always without pay does anyone who has filed a Expedited case due to financial loss of an individual help me with the verbiage to use when sending my supporting information as well as i will get a letter from my job. Thanks  Please fill out your timeline so that we may better assist you. When did you file the 129f? It is highly unlikely that you will get an expedite for a K-1 based on your description and it certainly can backfire as you have to show proof that you are able to support your fiance once he's here. I would think it should be written as it appears in your passport? You could have him email you the G-325A, then you'd print it out, write in you name, scan it and send it back, not sure if an original signature is required, if it is you'd have to send it via fedex or some other delivery service.  or if you send him a scanned copy of it he can find some one where he lives to transcribe it to the form? there's got to be a thai restaurant, or store nearby where he could find a local worker that could help. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	K1 visa, confused about payment and amount	Maybe I'm wrong, but....   If you have no plans to live in the USA after getting married, the K1 process probably isn't for you.  Think you'd need to be able to show residence in the USA for 3 years after applying for the AOS for her to apply to get her citizenship.  Otherwise, if she moved back to Singapore she would be abandoning her petition.  You'd be throwing away your time and money.   If she is not a US citizen, or resident, don't know why she would have to file US taxes, even for yourself, if you are earning you money overseas on (someone correct me if I'm wrong) a contract of 2 years or greater, I don't believe you need to pay US taxes either? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Documentary Proof of Having Met in Person in the Past Two Years and an Ongoing Relationship:	Were the photos the only evidence you submitted? If so, that maybe the problem, you really need multiple forms of proof.  I included copies of my passport pages with my visa stamps into/out of the Philippines, hotel booking receipts, airline e-ticket receipts, (didn't save boarding passes), that would show presence in the same area, then the photos show actually meeting.  Some of the photos had the date embedded (date stamped) to show that the meeting occurred during the time frame indicated in your other proof.  Just writing the dates, isn't as good, also showing unique backgrounds are better to again prove presence.  I only included 5 photos my self, placed in a photo album page, labeled with names, dates, and location. He doesn't have a problem with that because he have a girlfriend now plus he's the one who broke up with me. I dont wanna remove his right to our child even though we didn't end up together. But I have to tell him about my plan of taking my child with me. I know he will understand because he knows I love our child so much. I use a company called Tawagpinas which is a calling card . You purchase minutes online and then call a local number and pin then dial the Phil number . The great thing is its fairly cheap . You have an account which shows the purchases and can print your calls . Which shows the length of call and the number you called . In fact I just emailed them and they sent me a PDF file of my calls from 08/12 to 06/13 . I also use this to send load from Globe and Smart . I love it and you should take a look at it .   I have a similar situation to yours . Remember God is always with us . If God is for us who can be against us ? What will happen if we pursue this petition now? You think I can have a chance? He is coming this July... Don't worry too about having lack of evidence of a relationship right now, as you will have plenty of time to build upon that from now until the interview. Include what you have in the packet and then start emailing/calling on plans that have call logs available to print out, and chatting on programs that have similar logs. Like the others say, you DO need to worry about whether or not you have visited within 2 years of filing the application, and have plenty of irrefutable evidence of such a visit, such as passport stamps, plane boarding passes, and receipts of purchases or hotel stays with your name on it. When was last time you met him in 2011??? couse it`s required for K1 visa that you must  met each other, in person, at least once within 2 years of filing your petition, and he sould start K2 visa for your child and should inculde his name on your K1 visa petition .. and he must   send evidence of the relationship  likes : pics of you and him when you were together , airplane tickets , chat logs , emails , letters , phone call log .. and something is required too that he will send copy of his passport showing entry stamp and leaving stamp of your country. January 2011   Only potential issues I see are -   1)  Was it before or after March in 2011 that you two met in person?  USCIS requirement is within the past 2 years from filing the petition.   2)  Did he include the child on the I-129-F petition?   You can short up the ongoing relationship evidence with a few emails, and also copies of ticket stubs, passport stamp and more pictures from his second visit... you should be fine then.
