K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2012 filers	Congratulations everyone!!  I called last week - Friday to the NVC.  Found out that they had already processed the K1, assigned a KEV number and shipped!!  If my figuring is correct the package arrived at the Embassy today..    The speed and efficiency will make your head spin after the 7+ month wait with CSC..   I saw you posted something similar in another thread, so I told my fiance to call NVC yesterday. We were approved on the 22nd April and he just told me that NVC has our file, was given the BCH number but it hasn't left NVC yet..they said any day now!   Now i'm going to start lurking in the "DHL Tracking From NVC to US Embassy"  thread, hihi.                 Good luck, everyone!	cazzers	Female	Romania	2013-04-30 13:19:00

After having involved a Congressman, an RFE after 6 months and 1 day, we received our NOA2 today exactly 2 weeks after RFE! I thank God for the approval. I feel so relieved! Congratulations! Our case is at the NVC too. We are assigned a case number also. They (NVC) asked my (beneficiary) email address but I am confused and don't know if I still have to send the DS-3032 form to them... Do you know anything about it? http://www.***remove...nd-address.html why would you have to send DS-3032 to NVC? that is only for CR1/IR1 visa and it's Choice of Address and Agent. I was incredibly stressed and worried. hell i started taking out my frustrations on my fiancee! poor guy, as if its his fault. I prayed and I just decided to let go and let GOD. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2012 filers	Just a little update, dear friends:) I checked up and down from my receipt number(actually i checked 700 numbers ) and for the date of sept 27th when they received my petition, i found 67 I-129Fs fillers, from which 2 were approved. What I also saw while checking this, is that there were some I-130 petitions approved(around 20-30) and a lot of Deferred Action petitions approved(unfortunately not all of them). Update: out of those 67 petitions(2 already were approved), one got a RFE on the 7th of February. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	September 2012 filers	It seems there is no point in checking the online status on the USCIS website from now on: https://egov.uscis.g...d/CaseStatus.do Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives. I'm so glad now that we agreed to do a ceremony further down the line...I don't think they can expect anyone to have a big white wedding at 3 months notice! As for Ukraine my understanding that once K1 reaches the Embassy things typically flow pretty quickly. I am hoping anyway!! the same is for Romania.
