PhilippinesI need help.. Preggy and I need to give birth in the Philippines
thank you so much for all the help ...

I know it would be a lot easier if I would just give birth in the USA . but if ever u already got pregnant u know how hard it is . I only got my husband in the USA no family member . so
if ever my husband is deployed , Im literally stuck at home alone , maybe driving myself tot he hospital in the middle of my contractions?

again , thank u all so much . I would take note of all your suggestions .

PhilippinesI need help.. Preggy and I need to give birth in the Philippines
Hi everyone . I need some information about my plans to travel back to my homeland.

My husband is in the Military , he will be deployed this coming May 2013 , and since I am pregnant with our first baby .
I need to go back to my country so I can be with my family to take care of me while he is gone .

I am planning to stay in the Philippines for a total of 9 months . My question is about my bab's status , can I bring him
back to USA ? I am a conditional green card holder.

can you give me some information as to what I will do to ensure that I can bring my baby with me ?

and also I read that I can go back to USA without a re-entry permit as long as I wont go pass a year outside the United states thats why Im coming back in less than a year.

thank you so much . :)

PhilippinesRequirments needed before scheduling an interview
i think from what i read is that you will set the date of your interview but the USEM have to see if the date is available..so you will also have to choose which date (that is if the date you set isnt available)

Philippinestanong ko about medicAL appointment
QUOTE (jamster0105 @ Mar 25 2009, 02:53 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
hello guysss...kumusta kayo lahat dito. My tanong ako tungkol sa medical appointment. kasi ganito yun, yesterday l called up St. Lukes manila para magpa appoint sa medical ko for my US k3visa interview on april 28..kaso ang sabi sa akin magwalk-in lang daw ako sa st.lukes at dalhin ko daw appointment letter from US embassy....so l asked the woman on the phone kung paano gagawin yun..e sbi nya, the US embassy will email me daw kung kelan ako magpa medical....

Ganito ba talaga yun? So maghihintay lang ba ako ng email ng embassy kung when nila ako papuntahin ng st.lukes for medical? how soon ba sila nagsesend ng email for the medical appointment? e nasa Bohol pa naman ako, di ko kayang pumuntang maynila right now kung mabasa ko email ngayon...hayy,,is there another way na malaman ko ng mas maaga when ang medical check up ko? ano ba kadalasan ang allowance date na binibigay ng embassy for medical before maginterview? what if di ako makapunta for my medical on that day, di na ba pwede mabago yung date? lalo na e manganganak pa ako anytime between now and April 11..or it could be a week later than 11 na....huhu dami worries dito..Sana mga friends maadvisan nyo ako dito.

FE Exam is fundamental in Engineering exams, this the first step if you want to be an engineering intern in the US just like licensure examinations if im not mistaken. Most of my schoolmate took this exam and yes they have your credentials to be evaluated to see if you can take the FE exam....

Another exam is PE exams....

Im looking forward on these two that ive plan to take in the future and then continuing studies later on

well, yea, i am a licensed chemical engineer and i deserve to be counted. whistling.gif whistling.gif whistling.gif

I'm also a licensed chemical engineer. Our license in the philippines does not count here.

Dont want to give a negative impression on you but be prepared and dont set your expectation to high. unsure.gif

yea... i do know that it doesn't count there that's why i'm not renewing my license anymore... no0pb.gif

and i'm quite prepared to start from the bottom of my career ladder all over again... yes.gif

my bebe is also supportive and i told him that if we could afford it, i'll try to get the requirements so i can get the exams for engineering and be better equipped.

but hey, where are you now? where do you work?

PhilippinesAdvice lang po sa mga tulad ko...
uy i understand you...for me if you were given duties to wake them up and clean their mess part of it also is to discipline them, discipline them in a nicer way (kasi may batas yan sila sa mga bata eh), hindi ka katulong dyan, you are his wife and not yaya of his children to a prior marriage.

Mag open up ka sa asawa mo,hindi naman nakaka offend yun at maiintindihan ng asawa mo yun....

from what i know you guys must have met at least 2 years ago. in her case it was just less than a year

from what i understand,it must be within two years so it doesnt matter if it was less than a year for as long as it falls within the two years prior to applications......

anyways...congratulations and best wishes

Philippinesmedical exam fee at St. Luke
i think she included her transportation, food and other allowances for that two day and asked you that amount(just my opinion though). The fee hasnt changed but maybe the exchange rate but it wont go that high. I also paid 10,454 on April 29 and 30.

PhilippinesSubmit additional documents
i dont want to be one sided on the issue however i would like to give a benefit to the doubt....

hmmm...just my opinion

First the mistake could have been not exactly because the pre screener put a wrong date but should have been perhaps due to miscommunications. Why did i say this, sometime they play as if they (the prescreener and the consul) dont know and asked you to see how sure you are to your answer.
While i was waiting for my turn for an interview i could clearly hear the pre screener asking the beneficiaries. Also i have observed some beneficiaries dont know exactly but an estimate of time arrival, stay and other info of the petitioner...

So it is important for us that we know every lil detail of our petitioner..

In your case what took that long is that there is descripancy and every lil details is important to them.
The good person you could ask for is mr.Haole,i think he is experienced on that matter (denied visa),follow up status, the waiting time frame.

Although the process could be longer, im sure in the latter you will end up together with your husband...

dont get upset if they dont work with your case right away,as i could see there are many people (which means many cases) in the embassy everyday...
So pray while you wait.....God bless

patient test your love with each other too so be patient...

PhilippinesPLS Tulong mga kababayan!..
if your still willing to go to the US,ngayon pa lang pag aralan mo na ang self defense, isantabi mo na yang feelings mo para sa kanya. Cuz it seems sa kanya wala syang feeling for you kundi "lust"...

Know your rights as well and the laws at ang mga pwede mong takbuhan in case whatever happens, show that you are strong kahit na babae ka,dont get intimidated by your husband...

Sa ngayon i can sense your fears, kung may takot ka then do not go but if you are ready enough to face consequences then go but hopefully hindi mangyari sa yo ang mga nangyari sa ibang pinay...

learn karate he he he he (well nagjojoke ako but if i am in your case at ganyan husband ko eh lahat na ng preparations gagawin ko)

Do you have a friend that live near or within the states na titirhan mo? if meron alamin mo where they live pati na rin number ng mga authorities dun...

know everything and you will be fine, yung sa divorce syempre sa states mo magpapafile ka ng divorce where you got married..pero the problem would be where you will stay?? so alamin mo din yun..

PhilippinesCollege Credentials
i think anything relevant with you like school credential is in the least of important, what most important is that your fiance can able to support you and above the poverty lines, you will not be ask about school credentials in the interview if thats what you mean...

what being asked there is a cenomar,bc,nbi and an affidavit of support from your fiance, a school credential is a secondary evidence to match your personal information from your other paper...
