K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Question	Hi guys! My fiance(the USC), when he filled out form G-325A, he made a mistake. He put the wrong year for his employment. he wrote that he worked til October 2010, but it was actually till October 2009. Since then he hasn't worked. We just realized this yesterday when he called the IRS, cause he has been outside of the US for a few years, now he's back in the States. My question is, if at the time at the interview, i'll take a new filled out G-325A, this time with the correct year, is it going to be a problem; is it going to look bad? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Organizing the I-129F	Hi, and congratulations on preparing to file your I-129F application. I wrote in "See Attachment Statement" on the I-129F form #18. I then wrote the description on a separate piece of paper and typed all of the details there. It should be G-325A for each of you. I hope this helps. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	UPS delivery of I-129F	LOL, it was almost $80 from AZ to TX. I paid for next day air delivery before 10:30 am. (It seemed like a good idea at the time.) Lol, it took us around 80$ from Romania to Lewisville with FedEx and we left it at the fedex office on the 25th in the evening and on the 27th was delivered. Your in the wait for NOA 2 when its all processed and sent to NVC then to Manila. If your going crazy now wait and tell us how you feel after 5-6 months or more. No offence, but did you check OP's timeline? this month it'll be 7 months of waiting for him. OP, i suggest you call them and ask about it. California Service Center (CSC): Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming Vermont Service Center (VSC): Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, West Virginia and the District of Columbia 10 months i would say would be a good average time till your fiance has the visa. My suggestion is, read some consulte reviews from people who attended the interview in Malaysia, so that you know what to expect at the interview time and what forms and documents your fiance will need. This is only for an approval of the petition, and then another 1 or 2 months till I have the visa in my hands. This road is not an easy one, I am trying to stay as calm and patient as I can, but sometimes I feel like I'm gonna go crazy. Just arm yorself with lots of patience and try to keep busy. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Form G325A vs G325	For I-129F application you'll need the G-325A form. You can use it even though it says it is expired. They haven't put the new update on it, so it's ok. You dont need to send proof of ongoing relationship as that is required for the interview stage. we didnt include any proof of ongoing relationship, only that we met in the last 2 years(pictures, passport stamps and boarding passes). the g-1145 form we put it in front of the whole package so that can see it and sent the email notification. and we did get the email Everything looks good good luck!	cazzers	Female	Romania	2013-02-13 14:11:00

Check the guidelines here and the I-129f instructions so see what exactly you need to send for the proof of having met in the last 2 years. My name has romanian letters in it too, but in the passport i dont have the romanian letters, so i wrote it down like in my passport. When we filled out petition in September, CSC was still approving I-129f on a daily basis and i was hoping i would be in the US by May this year. Now i am hoping to be there by September. VSC is approving now a lot of K1 petitions, but they can stop doing that at any moment. I would advise you to start making traveling plans once you get your NOA2. Like Kastrs said, you'll need a letter from her employer and recent pay stubs. They are only asking for her current income, and even if you bring 1-2 pay stubs, I would still recommend a co-spronsor, just in case. If you were not required to file in any or all of the last 3 years, then you provide a statement as to why you were not legally required to file. Just include a statement with your I-134 about why you were not legally required to file. No need to get anything from the IRS about not filing. The co-sponsor fills out their own I-134 and provides their most recent tax transcript(or a complete copy of their return with all forms, schedules, W-2s and/or 1099s), letter from their employer stating position and salary, most recent pay stub(s) and proof of being a USC or LPR.
