K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November Filers	Looking at stats for Vermont's progress, it seems November filers have been neglected. It seems as though December has more completed filers than the month of November. Does that make sense ? According to this http://tom.ae/igor_completeness.php November has 0% completeness while December is nearly at 10% (Vermont). K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	2nd Senator Contact	We wrote the congressman after several months without clearer answer we wrote to Ombudsman. They have given us the same answer wait for 60 days etc. Honestly, we did everything. We even got expedite request approved last February 12 as well. I realized that even we did everything at our end, after the hard work and follow through. USCIS will still work according to their system. We were depressed from 8 months to almost 10 months of waiting. We got approved on our 297 days. Its really up to you whether you will inquire like how we did, when there are lots of people here in VJ who waited and got their NOA2 without being hurt of useless answers from above mentioned offices. Cheer up!!!! You'll be together soon. You will not even remember the pain when NOA2 is at your hand. The NOA2 is NOT an approval, just means your petition has been approved. My girlfriends is a citizen of USA and we met each other online since 3yrs back and we chat on and off.But this time we both have agreed and she want to file a fiancee visa for me.My concern and question is,there is a place they asked if we have met each other in person before,Answer is NO ! Hope is not gonna be a conflict or barrier toward the application ? Your petition will be denied, cause one of the requirements for the fiancee visa is to have met each other in person at least once in the last 2 years. So, my advice is, try to meet each other in person, at least for a week, and keep the boarding passes and hotel receipts and make a lot of pictures. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2012 California Filers???	they are going to tell you to wait until you reach 5 month from NOA1(in case your application will not be approved by then) and you don't even have 3 months yet. There were a lot of people who wrote about disappointment about how slow things are going at vsc. It's only natural that when they get approved, either it's at vsc or csc, they should express their happiness with others. And have respect for what? Nobody died.
