K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	I-129F Submission - Check Cashed	Thank you so much for replying so quickly! I am sooo excited. I have been saving info for about 2 years now and took about a month of going over my application again and again, so I was really anxious to know if everything was accepted. My only mistake, which I realized too late, was that I highlighted a few things and used blue ink for signatures on some of the forms. I also used white-out on one of the forms. So, I guess they still were able to scan everything properly. Thanks again! ;o) It took us 6 months to learn about this process and 1 month to gather/ verifying all the papers so that we don't have any mistakes. And yet, in december i discovered we had a small mistake on our G-325A form, but it's something fixable Don't worry about signing in blue ink, we did the same so that it shows original signatures..	cazzers	Female	Romania	2013-03-28 08:17:00

Cause if they dont have the right address then you wont receive the hard copy of NOA2, and that one is very important, your fiance will need it for the interview. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	my 8months waiting at csc was yesterday	No he didn't ask for a name. He's not very confident dealing with calls like that. We were on skype together when he called. I couldn't believe it either and all he asked was how come they were still working on July 18th after so many weeks and could he speak to a supervisor/tier 2 please and that was the end of the call! Next time he calls them, not only USCIS, but other call centers too, always write down the name of the person he talks to. You paid an amount of money for their services and it's not fair how you were treated. But, in the meantime, it's saying that--under the worst case scenario (i.e., the low completion rate of January has continued and will continue indefinitely) you should be approved around April 22. That;s the worst case scenario? that's a good scenario, i would say, seeing how they deal with I-129fs at CSC. I got used with the idea, that if we get approved before 1 year is over, i'm a lucky girl. Wow..i find that so disrespectful. I worked too in call centers, but if we ever did that, we would have big problems with our team leader. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NEW reason for delay at CSC - 48,000 files damaged	they have got to be kidding...48000 files damaged???? and we don't know how damaged they are..imagine if they are completely damaged...that means that all files from last year could be destroyed. and if they ask to resend the whole application again, it's gonna be such a mess at CSC. with this news, i can only predict more months of waiting... but that's ok...another 6 months of waiting, and we'll be at 1 year of waiting.. not that they care!
