K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Fiance Visa Problem... Help!!!	Hi, I'm a newbie here. Here is my story... My Fiance(EJ) & I had been dating since 2009. But we broke up early of 2011 & I met a guy(LEE)& we've been dating for a few months until he got me pregnant. & when I told him about my pregnancy he told me straight to my face that he wasn't ready to settle down. He will just support our child. Then we parted ways. ...It was my 3rd month of pregnancy when EJ called me up asking me how I was & I told him everything (that I had a boyfriend after him, I got pregnant but Lee wasn't ready thats why we broke up)... EJ was said he was sad... But still wish me goodluck about my pregnancy after almost an hour of talking he said goodbye... 1 month had passed... Its was my fourth month of pregnancy... When EJ called me again he told me that he was deeply hurt after he learned that I was pregnant, he said he can't sleep at night because he's thinking of me after a month of sleepless night he realized that he still love me & told me he want me back he even wanna marry me. Even though I got pregnant with somebody else. He is willing to take the responsibility of being a father to my child... But I turned down his offer because I felt that time It wasn't right... It's so not fair to him... It's like I'm being dishonest to him even though we're not together anymore when I got pregnant... But he said will do whatever it takes to win me back. (believed me I still love him too)... But it's just sooo not fair to him... After a months of pursuing me I finally gave in. We got back together on my 7th months of pregnancy. He' calls me often especially on his Day Off. Calling is our number 1 means of communication. After a month when i gave birth he ask me the most important question in my life he said if "I can be His Wife?" he said he is willing to be a father to my child"... & i said YES! With a tears of happiness... But we decided that he will file the Fiance(e) Petition after a few months because ge wanted me to take care of my child first... He filled the Petition March 2013... My question is how long will I wait to have my Interview? Problem(s): I only have 2 snail mails that he send me because we talked a lot on the phone. But we dont have a call history of telephone bills to show because he use call cards. & we a few email to each other because I don't have internet at home & he is not into "using computers" until now told me that he ask his kids to teach him the basic (BTW he is already divorce with his former wife) Will I have a problem with the CO about the proofs? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Visa in Hand...next set of paperwork	Hi Guys, Thankful to have the coveted K1 Visa in my hot little hand... have paid the USCIS Immigrant Fee via Ellis.... question..when I went to complete my profile it asked me to up load a bunch of documents.. Do I have to do this as it mentions something about changing from a non-immigrant visa so I didn't upload anything. and the instructions don't mention anything about it.  So just paid the $165 and added my US address and contact details.   Second question.  The concurrent filing of the next lot of paperwork.... can someone please assist me as to how to do this, forms etc and any hints to speed up the process would be HUGELY appreciated..   I am excited to have the visa and just want to begin preparation for the next step when I arrive... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Police certificate discrepancies	you must have the federal police check done with fingerprints. It will cost you around $100 plus the fingerprints.  on the form it asks you where you have lived and they do it for all of Australia.  the name check is a waste of time and money as its unacceptable.  the Feds tak around 3 to 4 weeks to process it.  You go to a local police station and get finger prints done and they send them with the forms downloaded from the AFP website directly to the FEDS.  YOU must supply a traceable envelope that you have addressed to the AFP in Canberra. We wrote a short story where we met every time with the exact dates that can be found on the copies of plane and bus tickets. Box question	you can apply with the closest German consulate in Italy. you fill out a form and a couple of weeks later you'll get a letter with the police records. if i remember correctly, they only issue police records in german language; so for her interview she'll need to translate it. I have a couple of questions: I am confused about showing proof of U.S. citizenship. I made a copy of my birth certificate, well a copy of a certified copy of my birth certificate. Is that okay to use? I thought it was my actual birth certificate but at the bottom it says "Certified copy of vital records." My mother is going to be our co-sponsor. It is okay if she writes the $340 check for the filing fee? In the I-129f instructions says: "If you were born in the United States, give USCIS a copy, front and back, of your birth certificate", so it's ok just a copy. Passport copy is also good for proof of US citizenship(copy after all passport pages) And yes, your mom can write the check on her name, but tell her to check this link before she fills it out, so that it won't be any problem with the payment:) http://www.uscis.gov...00045f3d6a1RCRD Good luck! I have the actual passport picture just paper clipped to the front of each g-325a. Is this wrong? I sent iour Fiance k-1 visa package today ( I am American Citizen, he is Pakistani, living in Abu Dhabi) for myself and my fiance....after reading all of this...I feel like I may have left some things off...when I actually thought I sent too much. here is what I sent... I-129F yes 325A for us both, signed by both with 2 passport style photos (white background) yes proof of financial support - not sure of the form number not needed untill the interview copy of pay stubs interview both letters of intent to marry, signed yes our "story" yes letters of support from our familes no email from when we first met i think it's ok my divorce docs from when I was 18 yes my top sec. sec clear. through my job at state dpt whats this? my birth cert one is enough(birth certif or all pages of passport) my pass port - all pages my flight itin, from when I traveled yes, but i hope you sent copies of it our hotel reciepts yes, but copies pictures of us, rings, my wedding gown and our engagement announcement yes and of course the MONEY! good OMG! what more could the need? LOL You sent a little too much(proof of support it will only be needed at the interview stage). I dont think it'll be a problem that. Oh, and you also needed a cover letter did you also include a g-1145 form ? it is optional and it's for e-mail notifications good luck! No 2. No 3. I'm pretty sure they won't do that 4. Send any proof that shows that you two met each other in the last two years(photos, traveling papers from your vacation etc). You might wanna also attach a paper explaining your situation 5. that's for the interview stage. Probably you'll need a co-sponsor, cause I don't think your savings will do 6. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Facebook CHats	There is another way...go to your messages with your fiance, then click on Actions-->Forward Messages, choose the messages you want to forward to your email address and then you can print them. It takes a little bit of work if you have a lot conversations. top right corner, next to "Home" is a pull down arrow. click it and open "Account Settings". on this page, look at the bottom middle, and click "Download a copy of your Facebook data." this will include EVERYTHING about you on facebook...it'll include your chat logs. I just tried that but it doesn't give you the messages all together for one person..it gives you the messages for every day...which gives you a headache if you are talking to a lot of persons on facebook. I just don't want to give so much unnecessary detail but leave maybe what they consider important out. It's kinda hard knowing what are the key things they are really interested in knowing about and look for. Thank you so much! Just give them exactly what they are asking for...we actually wrote it like a very short story(less than half a page and we actually met 4 times in 1 year), with dates that correspond with the boarding passes.
