IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	interview	First you have to wait for a case complete and then for the interview to be scheduled by NVC. How long that will take... only NVC knows. What to bring to the interview? I'm trying to figure that out as well. I think I'll take copies of what we sent in with the DS-230 and AOS and some proof of relationship, phone records, pictures and stuff. I put my photos in one of those clear small plastic bags and used a plastic paper clip to pin it to my coversheet. Those small photos tend to get lost in the envelope or when they open the envelope. Our case is not at the consulate, it's still under review because it got flagged for internal review, whatever that means, but at least no RFEs. Hubby got advised to call again on Monday. I have a question: my case was completed and sent the consulate in Frankfurt, Germany, last week. IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	VSC transfers to CSC in January 2008, Please post here	well, it's pretty easy here in germany, all I need are a couple of more marriage certificates, we only have one left, because when we got married we had to send one to consulate in frankfurt. one was needed for the application and hubby got one, just in case. that should take about 10 minutes because it will be the same officer who married us. at the same office i can apply for the police certificate, that should take about a week. i'm worried about my stuff, i'll have to ship it soon....
