O.K senorita, i think you can apply but you have to wait for another 3-4 years. The consulate will definately catch up to your game. You ex-boyfriend definately waited for his time. By the way, if he has enterred the USA illegally in the past, then he will not be qualified for a visa and also if he has overstayed his visa before too.

whats wrong with vermont lately?
90% of the NOA 2 come out of TSC or CSC.... dont get me wrong im happy for every approved petition especially for the ones who have been waiting since march/april. CONGRATZ to everybody (F)

wait for the USCIS to send u a RFE (if u shuld ever get one).

i dun think its neccesary to send copies of ur passport pages if u sent enough other evidence to prove that you two met within the last 2 years.

we only sent like 5 pictures of us, some emails, phone bills, proof that my fiance was stationed in germany (US Army) and airline tickets from me and him. we didnt get a RFE (not yet...) i was worried that we didnt send enough evidence too. just wait and see what happens.

Actually that is roughly the usual duration from a servise center to NVC, then about a month then onto the embassy for the country you are pettioning. However where the time starts escalating is at the embassies. In my case it may be 6 to 8 months from receipt at the embassy to P4.
I hate to be the bearer of reality but you must be ready for the long haul. My fiancee and I have been at this for 10 months, I know there are those out there who have longer times. So stay the course, the rewards are worth all the effort. :blush:

its only about 1-2 month for a interview date in germany... i can call myself lucky tht im from germany i guess. i know it takes much longer to get an interview in other countries

can one really rely on the timeline...
i mean urs says:
