K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	how often do u check your email and USCIS web to check ur status??	We are at 4 months on the 2nd of April but my status hasn't been touched or anything it stills says that last time it was even looked at was on the 9th of Dec. I check it about every other day, I'm getting tired of not knowing whats going on. What really going to me off is if we get a RFE after waiting all this time. The only thing so far is that the visa fee will be lower by the time we have to pay for it because starts on the 13th of April this Friday and it takes at least a week for them next person to get anything so i hope we hear something by Friday???????? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Husband failed marriage from a ex-filipina and now married to another filipina .... a red flag and possible denial?	I'm too going threw this as well waiting to see what will happen? I was married to a Filipino woman and things just didn't work out we were married just under 2 years i tried to report but got no where with the USICS (guess they had bigger things to worry about?) so i filed and got a divorce that was back in April of last year. My fiancee now is also Filipino totally two different women and my fiancee now has a child (7) i have petition for both and we are at our 4 month mark on April 2nd hope to get our NOA2 soon without a RFE so i will keep you guys posted on what happens to us. I'm not saying it is ok to make your fiancee or wife have sex with you (rape) what we are saying is she claims she was raped when she got here she was with Bob total 9 days why didn't she leave after the first rape? why didn't she go to the police? Who did she go to after the 9th day there? i could ask questions all day long about this. So many loop holes so many red flags in what was stated in the start of this post. I would like to believe that it happen and Bob gets what he deserves in the end and Angiela gets to stay with Brad and live happily ever after in the states. No she came here to marry Bob but in the 9 days she arrived she says she was raped twice they nevered married then met Brad married him a few years later. The thing is who ever posted this her,Brad or friend of ? is telling her side. But what really happen? this is the first time i've ever heard of someone being raped by the man who brought her here... meaning what they didn't have a relationship? That they didn't have sex when he went to see her,we don't know the history of that relationship I'm not saying it didn't happen but why wasn't something done back in 04?????? Maybe she got here she didn't want to have sex with him anymore and because used him to get here maybe not?? There so many questions that are not answered here that rasies red flags because this was done back in 04 and nothing was done about it then just my 2 cents. What my question is what all is involved in bringing her daughter Jamie 7 with her when i do the paper work, I know you put her on the I-129f petition but after that what all is there? I know she has to have a birth cert., medical and I have to pay a fee and fill out a application for her. but does she go to the interview with her mother too? also do you know what the fees are for the medical is it just an exam or more? But her birth father like i have stated has never been around therefore his parents have never had anything to do with her either, And i don't think my fiance even knows where he is? She did find out a while back that he has already married and has kids with the person he married As for the K-2 maybe that comes after you get the approval for the K-1, I'll do more research on it. And you want to marry again say from another country or even the same country they came from? will this be trouble if you file for K-1 visa? or in the interview? Back in 08 i filed for a K-1 visa and got my fiancee here got married on 11/02/09 , got her social security card, driving lic.,work card, green card,I also got her a job where i worked and one day in Jan. 2011 she said she wasn't feeling good so i went to work and came home she was gone. We had our ups and down disagreements and so on.(should have notice she spent a lot of time on the computer)she took everything that would fit in 2 suit cases. Well didn't know where she went i had the car and she didn't have a lot of money $60 so i called all her friends they knew nothing of it???? well after 5 months of trying to find her i filed for a divorce and paid extra for them to serve her but they never found her. so i got what was left in the divorce. I still don't know where she is, but she called me on a unlisted number saying she was OK and i told her we was divorce she said OK and that was the last i heard from her that was in June 2011 divorce was final in Aug. 2011. So now i am talking to a woman i was talking to about 5 years ago before my ex wife. Hadn't talked to her for almost 3 years (while i was still married to my ex wife) so she was still available that's why we are together today! So I'm going to see her and her daughter in person this month and come back and start the K-1 petition for her and her daughter. The question is am i going to have problems getting approved to my new fiancee being my ex wife may or may not be in the states for all i know she could have went back to the Philippines? Sure everyone wants to get their love one's home to them as soon as they can. I think if the system wasn't so lazy things would be done a lot quicker for sure. The American government suck's you hear and read about it daily nothing going to change until we get rid of people we haven in the government and put real people in there that knows what going on out in the real world. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	what to do if you ?	Hi everybody! My question today is what do you on the I-129F form down at the bottom on the left hand corner it says... Have you ever filed this visa for a alien spouse or wife/husband before? I answered (yes) then it says if so name,where and date results so i will put her name,then the where part would be USA right that's where i filed it from or do i put what lock box i filed it at or where she was from? Then the results was approved but then it ask for her A# well i don't have that she took all the paperwork when she left and like i stated in another post i still don't where she is (But i do know she's still alive and healthy) got that from one of her friends which i ask that person to ask my ex wife to please give me the A# but that person said she didn't want to give it to me because she doesn't want me to be happy and get married to another woman go figure. Looked up USPS and it showed they sign and received it. Now the question is why haven't i heard anything as of yet? I even sent in the extra form to be notified they had received it and so on. I read on here most will hear something within a day or so some 4 days and then later the hard copy. Am i jumping the gun here or should i be worried that it is lost or something is wrong? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	EAC#	Brain.... Didn't mean to step on toes here! nor get off on the wrong foot either so let's start over ok? The reason there's no time line is because it's not for the petition i'm working on now, I have done this before back in 08 for my now ex wife I petition her on a fiancee visa everything went fast the first time around. Long story short she left one day while i was at work after only a year together here in the U.S. The thing is she took every paper there was that had to do with her i mean everything (every piece of paper of the whole process in doing a petition)which makes me think she wasn't on the up and up? So when i petition for my fiancee now it ask if i had petition before and wanted the Name,Where i did it and the A# but like i said i don't have it but i found the EAC# from when i filed the first time in 09. I did try another place after you replied and that person was nice enough to write back and say they couldn't help and gave me some other options. There's no reason not to at least do that it doesn't take but a few minutes to try to help someone. I know TSC wouldn't handle this but i would think VSC would being that's where i petition the first time. And sent them a email and called but got a busy signal every time. I hope i don't need it but want to have it just in case.I did this the about 6 months ago and a few weeks ago. maybe i'll try the new info i got and see where that takes me. So i had to add a page to that part explaining that i didn't have the A# but the other day i was on my mothers P.C and was looking up my EAC# for my petition now and my old one came up so that means i now have the EAC# from my first petition for the fiancee visa. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	question about fiancee child	Nothing more needed until the interview when they will also fill out applications, get a medical, pay the fees, etc. What you filed was a petition, not an application. The petition is a request to allow each person listed on the petition to apply for a visa. If the petition is approved each person can apply for a visa. On any notifications regarding the petition the only name listed will be the primary beneficiary, your fiancee. NO ONE else can get any benefits without her anyway. All other benefits are derivative of hers. That is what I was hoping to here! So i can do all the papers for both now while i'm waiting on the NOA2 and when we get the NOA2 send My fiancee and daughter to get their medical and pay for the visa.
