K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	October 2009 K-1 Visa filers	I have questions about all this financial stuff too. My parents are going to co sponsor, so that's not problem. Nowhere on the I-134 does it say what documentation I'm supposed to have like bank statements and that sort of thing. So why do I have to send them? Do I have to get noterized copies of my tax information AND my parents'? It's all very confusing...do I have to do all of that stuff for both copies of the I-134 that I send in? Thanks guys, Sorry I'm so whiny, but I'm just so confused and overwhelmed by all of this. Oh, and Does he have to take the copy of the 1-129F with him to the interview?? And what is a "Police Certificate" and does he need one if he has no criminal record? If he does, how does he go about getting one??? J 1) You'll want tax transcripts (Google or check the IRS website for what these are) for both you and your co-sponsors. 2) You'll fill out two copies of the I-134, spend time to make sure you fill them in correctly and that the information is the same on both (minus the financial differences) 3) If you're "paranoid" you can also print out a few pay stubs for both you and co-sponsor. 4) I-129F is not needed 5) Police Certificate/NBI Clearance I am pretty sure that's if your fiancee has lived out of her respected country (ie; lived in France) for a specific amount of time. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	November 2009 K1 CSC Filers	Hello Everyone, While I am happy about everyone else's progress on Packet 3, medical exams, etc., is there anyone on this forum like me that filed in November and is still waiting on their NOA2? I filed Nov 23rd, got a touch on Nov 26th, and nothing since. Next week will make it four months and while I am trying to adopt a Zen attitude about this whole process it is starting to get a little scary. I feel like I'm the only VisaJourney November filer that hasn't had my application touched since November. Someone posted on this forum before how they basically lost his app - after five months he called and they said it had "timed out" and he had to start all over again - very scary stuff:( Mike Mike, It might be worth your time to try and call the CSC.. Clearly California is out of whack.. As you can see from other's timelines they are processing Jan & Feb filers at this point and may have somehow misplaced your application.. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	February 2010 Filers - California Service Center	Hey everyone Hope you're all having a great holiday weekend! I'm compiling a folder with all the required documents and relationship evidence in preparation for my interview. I was just wondering how much stuff people are including with regards to evidence - I'm sure I'm probably overdoing it but I don't want to leave anything out in case it might be important! LOL. Well, here are the things I'm including: Photos (tons of them from all 5 of our visits to each other) Phone bills Emails from 2009 Emails from 2010 Boarding passes / e-tickets from our trips Receipts from our visits Photocopies of passport pages showing US entry stamps Chat transcripts Wedding venue contract with both our names on (not sure if this will be useful or not, but didn't think it could hurt!) I was just really wondering how much of any one type of evidence other people are planning to take to their interviews... I know the interviewing consular officer is probably gonna get bored after looking at even 3 of our photos, so they'd never in a million years look at all of them! (that won't stop me including them, though, haha). But how many emails do you think I should include? The folder has 40 plastic wallets and I've gone through labelling sections so that I can find things relatively easily when/if required. I've allowed 4 plastic wallets for emails from 2009 and the same for emails from 2010, and about the same for phone bills and chat transcripts. Is this roughly what other people are including? As an aside: I don't think I've ever been so organised in my life! I don't even have an interview date yet! This really isn't like me... Emi You can also request tax transcripts through the IRS online.. It's better to bring those then the tax returns. It's been a long couple of months for us December filers and the November filers can attest that the VSC just isn't cranking K1's out as quick as they once were. Had my interview today, got to london embassy at 7:45 was the first I number of the day and was out again by 9:30 with an Approval...I can't believe its finaly over, well for this stage anyways. Carol will arrive in US on July 17. The CO had many questions for each of us, but the waiting was the hard part. Carol received her visa in Cali on June 29, 12 days after the interview. I am so glad that this is over and I can relax for a couple of months. Many thanks for everyone's help and support. Congrats to everyone that had their visa approved and received NOA2. I had already contacted one of my senators, and even they told me that I had to wait for the official processing time to expire before they could do anything for me. I guess at this point I have nothing to lose, so I will contact them (and my other senator) again. Thanks for teh suggestion... Anything and everything is worth a try. Sh*t you guys are still waiting??? They seriously need to fix this situation, people in Jan/Feb/March are being approved and your petition is still there.. A senator is probably the only person that can really help you at this point.... Man I'm really sorry, that's just an awful situation..
