So less than 3 weeks and we get a verdict. Im trying so hard to stay focused and remain determined to get my loved ones here. Its the only thing keeping me going at my job that I hate so much with incompetent workers but I know I have no choice but to deal with it. But hey...some of us still need some positive vibes and smiles now. This ####### is HARD!!!! Geez. Ok...happy things....Niing & Ice have their interview this week. So HAPPY THOUGHTS...good luck to you guys!!! And from what I can tell, all of us original May folk have gotten at least some NOA 2 news. Am I wrong? So...things are happening. And I hope to wake up to my interview date in my inbox. And I'm PRAYING it's in Jan/Feb. Because when I look at this interview schedule http://www.usemb-ank...chedule_iv.html it does NOT make me warm and fuzzy. I'm also concerned my father will not be able to come to my wedding if we have to schedule it later than March. SO.....hook a sistah UP! I want good vibes and happy holiday type stuff. CMONNNNNN MAY TEAM!!!! I'm so glad to hear that everyone (we think) has gotten NOA2 now. And I really hope you get your interview date soon. I know it's torture. We waited over a month to know when, and Ice was going insane. I'll tell ya, the month before NOA2 and waiting for the interview were the most emotionally draining times for me. I saw that the other day YJPlove got the NOA2!!! SO HAPPY FOR YOU! Ice has his interview on Wednesday the 14, meaning Tuesday night for me. Please pray for a good outcome. He's getting excited now that he can leave that horrible apartment. The flooding is down, but much of the surrounding areas are destroyed. Hopefully he can be on a plane by this next weekend because I am halfway moved out, and its weird not having anything in my room anymore... K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2011 Filers	Ive got a question. So the NVC has sent and received the approved application in Moscow. What is the next step? I gave them a call yesterday and they said we have to pay for the Visa upfront using an MRV receipt before we can schedule an interview. Also they said they would send her some information but most of it can already be found online as to what to bring for the interview. I was expecting them to first send packet 3 then set up interview then pay for Visa, then possible approval. Im a bit confused by this very strange order of things. anybody filing in Moscow had the same process or can someone give insight as to whether this is ok? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2011 Filers	had the interview Friday at the usem and we got approved!!! i'm sure it really helped i was there for the interview, but i think even if i wanst she'd have been just fine. it was fast too.... we were only interviewed for maybe 3-4 minutes and then she told us congrats and good luck and wait for the visa to arrive. didnt ask for any pics, chat/phone records, paycheck stubs, tax forms, ect... hopefully we get the visa this week while i'm still here cause if so, she'll be coming back with me. hopefully a few more will get interview's and approvals this week or next, cause this is a stressful process that shouldnt feel like waiting for the next Haley's comet. She also finally received her NBI clearance. They were super slow kept push the date back. She had to go up the chain of command. LOL Interview is on the 6th! Good luck!! My file was sent out on Aug 12, 2011 I used your format and said it can't find the tracking number. First call the NVC and ask when your case was sent out. 1-603-334-0700 Press 1 for English Press 5 for an operator Then... If you go to the DHL website, type in this format into the tracking reference: EXP 27 SEP 2011A < but put in the date that your case was sent out. Mine was sent out on Sept 27. Then this way you can see it traveling! Which, mine was signed for at the embassy by TETPORN at 10:34AM today. Yay! Also, Ice just sent packet 3 today too. Should get there on Monday. It seem to be extremely long. My NOA2 was approved on 7/21/11 and it is now 9/29/11. I am surprised the wait is so long. From NVC to Consulate in Guangzhou. Since NOA2 approval have 4 months approval limit. What will happen if we do not receive response from consulate for Package 3 ? I don't know about your country, but in Thailand, as long as you know that the embassy has the petition, you can download packet 3 from the website and send it in. UPDATE! My case has reached BKK, sending in packet 3 today. If DHL website says it was processed in BKK, does that mean they will deliver it today (sat) or Monday?
