K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	NOA2 Timelime	Hello All I filed the K-1 visa 5months again, it hasn't been touched in 4months. Does anyone have any experience with filing a K-1 visa with the California Service Center and how long it takes to get the NOA2? Thanks everyone's case is different my for example Your I-129f was approved in 133 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 238 days from your I-129F NOA1 date. while others were longer ...and some went extremely fast there are times when they will fly through a bunch of petitions and then there are some when they move slow. I haven't been posting on here in a while, for my own reasons - But I have to comment here - because this just disgusts me - Do you think that this thread started when you joined? People don't share? Look at the title of the thread - see it says Part TWENTY SIX???? That means since when the yardies first started their own thread - after taking over many other threads and being booted to the regional forums (yes, some members have been here that long) they have chatted up that many threads that have been shut down and locked and had to start a new thread - and if you could go back before the forum was upgraded, you would see that the threads would run to 1000 or more pages before they got locked - The members who have been here have been through the good and the bad, the thick and the thin - the denied visas, the approvals, the births, the losses, the divorces, the women coming on here with the same man, the cheaters, the good men - Trust me, there hasn't been much that hasn't happened in here. The women that came on here and posted today have been through it all - either personally or seen it happen to people that they care about. People might have ways to put things that others think are harsh, but they tell the truth with no punches - trust me, I have born the brunt of some of those posts = but when you step back and read the meaning behind the words, and remove your hurt feeling - you can understand the truth in what they are saying and that they are trying to help. It's responses like this that make people walk away from this site and not share - Because people don't appreciate the value of the years of experience in it - the fact that some members grew up in JA and know what the transition feels like, or they have been married 2,3, 4, 5 years and dealt with it all - or are the immigrant themselves and offer a different perspective. Everyone has their own personal reasons for sharing /not sharing on the board anymore - and if you bothered to read what has gone down in history, or what the older members say about why they don't share their experiences, you might understand it - The tone of this thread has completely changed, and it's become chat about how good your man laid it down last night, how you beat his azz, or then praying for forgiveness and asking God for his blessings - Something that seems a bit hypocritical, don't you think? And, as has happened before in a public forum, someone one day could very well end up in a similar situation where you've bragged so much about how your man has laid it down, the next woman goes and finds him and finds out for herself - Or people have been denied based on what they shared on here (immigration officers read this site too). The purpose of this thread was to bring together a unique group of people who are all trying to have a successful relationship while navigating huge pitfalls that no one else can fully comprehend - because there are certain things that are very unique to this situation. Yes Ell, I feel you on that, but my homegirl let her Jamaican husband have occasionals female friends and in the end he was living and @#$% one of them, so I told her jokingly "GIRL MEN ARE JUST LIKE DOGS YOU HAVE TO TRAIN THEM AND KEEP THEM ON A TIGHT LEASH BECAUSE IF NOT THEY WILL GO ASTRAY" i dont agree i believe if you try to keep them on a tight leash so to speak you push them further away. I would NEVER send my child to the States to live with their father unless they are suffering. My week has been trying my daughter cutting up not wanting to do her chores and stuff slamming doors and stuff... so i recall someone suggesting removal of the door so thats what i did... she cryed i want my door ... mind she is 11 and i know she is testing boundaries cause R is here and of course thatnk god her father and step mom are on the same page with us . Mexico, Latin & South America	Yardies a home and a farrin - Part 26!	Okay so this is how I told hubby 1. Picked him up from work 2. I asked him how was his day blah blah blah 3. I was sick and nauseous when I took him to work so he was asking how I was feeling 4. Told him I have a surprise for you 5. He said you know I dont like surprises 6. Told him to get the bag of surprises out the back seat while I was driving 7. he reached back and thought it wwas going to be an outfit or jewelry 8. He got the gift bag and he pulled out a baby hat, mittens, and a bib 9. Instantly started to smile 10. he asked ARE WE PREGNANT 11. I replied look at the paper in the bag I attached a note that said Congratulations! Your estimated due date is Tuesday, January 11, 2011, which means you're in week 4 of your pregnancy. He was so happy, I pulled the car over and he hugged me so tight. We have been wanting this so for so long. We already have a ready-made family of 3 kids but now we will have our own creation made souly from our love to add. I LOVE IT Im so happy. So last night he made me steamed fish and fish soup, with yam, sweet potato, irish potato, and other things in it, he said our baby has to eat right hope he does try to put me on no (healthy only eating) diet Last night I left to come to California, he dropped me off, and was so sad, asked me to try to come back early on Sunday because he will miss me he is so cute, but I think will be a LITTLE overprotective, but its cool, I'll deal with it! So Im going to a wedding today and thinking how do I tell my mom she is going to be another grandma. She sent me the prettiest tulips to work yesterday from California Flowers, BEAUTIFUL, the card said, "Thank you for raising my grandsons to be wonderful MEN OF GOD from day one you have been a wonderful mother and I am proud to be your mother I love you." t made me cry with my emotional self And she looovvvveeesss my hubby so she will be happy, but I want to tell her in a great way!!!!
