K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	still nothing for April filers??	now they don't even update the "Last Updated" on the USCIS website for me.. I called in two times recently (one for I-130, one for I-129F).. and now both are still not updated.. they are getting more lazy as we speak.. the ONLY thing they do right is collect our "increased" fees... after that, it is still the same ... actually much slower now.. I just called at 8am... they said my application is going through a "background" check this time and most of these checks take about 2-3 weeks (exact time uncertain).. they said someone is looking at my I-129F form already and is will be approved immediately once this background check is over... so 2-3 weeks??? that would be give me an estimated date of 12/7/2007... I'll give them this delay this time... they said I called too much.. 6 times in 2 months... they said to try to limit to 1 per month... They sent me a "REPLACEMENT NOTICE OF ACTION"... that is so retarded.. they thought I had lost the 1st one.. I didn't lose anything I was told to keep everything together.. not like what they are doing... that is so ridiculous.. I sent about 20 different 4x6 pictures of me and her, with family (both sets of parents), sisters.. all in different places too.. so they really have no reason to complain about me here.. if they want pictures, I'll send them over 4,000 (this last trip I took last month had over 1,000 hehe).. I even told my wife that in my daily email to her =) just relax for a few days and not worry about this and pick up where we left off.. I just sent another fax into that number I gave you last time (3 times) and told them to move my I-130 into NVC. I told them I know the delay is caused by the I-129F (and I wasn't responsible for that delay of the NOA1 arriving so late).. I told them to keep the I-129F at the CSC... I'll take any approval now... just to get out of the CSC... even if the I-130 takes a few more months at the NVC, at least that place is moving a lot faster than CSC... so just approve either I-129F or I-130.. I'm not scared of going to court because I have something to fight for.. I'll bring so many pictures / documents (I'll even tell them to place a call in court to my wife and her family saying it's a REAL relationship).. I didn't try calling my Senators.. do you think that is better than sending a fax over to them? I said "Yes".. she said "we are having computer glitch , like you heard before.. we will be able to process your case late this year , or early next year"... she said we will send you a notice of action... I already have ONE!!! what the goddamn hell is going on?? I am sad now after hearing this news of the "new" glitch... late this year, early next year... could mean from this December to March 2008... oh gosh... all this time just to get past the 1st step... that is so not fair for us... we are US Citizens and that still doesn't help.. maybe she should just come illegally through the borders... or come on a work visa / student visa.. any of these are faster and can just do the adjustment of status.. is that what they want? the $1,000... here, I'll give them $10,000... just approve it now... I thought the hours were from 8AM - 5PM... what the hell?? no wonder they don't approve anymore... it's because no one is there at the office... ... when it says you start at 8AM... you don't wander around and sit at your seat at 9AM... yeah, it takes lots of training (from other topics) to train them to do that... hahaha... yeah, right... overtime... the only "overtime" they do is on their breaks... Hope your trip out of CSC and going into NVC is much faster (although I think the estimate is around 5-6 weeks now , instead of 5-6 days like before)... at least you are past the 1st step.. I sent to 18 congressmen/senators/governor/California US attorneys/Attorney General now.. so I really hope to hear something in the next few days..
