I got transferred to an Officer yesterday, and she said I wasn't out of processing times yet.. she asked me "who told you this?".. I said "all the customer service people I talked with".. she said they are still working on June 18 (yeah, right) apps, and mine is still good... so she told me to call back after 30 days.. I set up another meeting at my local office for February 7.. this is getting way out of hand.. After 30 days, I'm going to yell and scream at them.. Actually, I called 3 times yesterday, and did get mad at the 2nd person (she started to read to me on "there are different factors that may affect your case...".. I told her "quit reading her thing and that it is retarded".. I guess she didn't like that.. then she started getting mad.. and then I did.. I said "what kind of bullshit is this? K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	LOCAL OFFICE INTERVIEW FOR ME	can anyone help me find the document (official USCIS article) stating where you can file the I-129F/I-130 now at the same time? Last time I went to the local office, I had said I applied I-130 first, then the I-129F.. they said I wasn't supposed to do that.. I said I filed in April 2007, and that was before they changed the rule (somewhere in June)..they had said maybe I had submitted duplicate copies of my visa application, and that I was supposed to apply EITHER ONE, but not BOTH.. she asked me where I got the info (I said off of the USCIS article, but I didn't have it in hand).. then she laughed and said "I took a training course already, so please stop teaching me about where the stuff is and supposed to be".. this time I'm going to have everything.. including all those stupid USCIS articles.. then they can't say anything..	gogo	Male	China	2008-01-28 12:40:00

It's got to be something. Hi pushbrk.. thanks for quizzing me!! Yes, I am Chinese (Mandarin).. This is the first time I applied USCIS (I am currently US Citizen).. I am the only child, so only 3 people that are immigrants, I suppose.. My wife is actually from the Taishan (Guangdong) province.. I hear that is a bad place (including Fujian) that the US are wary of granting an approval to... maybe it is just a bad first impression on that place.. She even said a couple of her neighbors are doing that.. so I guess I just need to provide MORE PROOF than others.. that is fine.. I can do that.. I hope my list above is good enough.. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	LOCAL OFFICE INTERVIEW FOR ME	It could be due to our error.. Here are my visits: 1) March 2006 2) March 2007 3) October 2007 4) Planned - March 2008 I had filed in April 2007.. meaning there were only two visits before we got married.. Also, I had made a copy of my passport before my visit in March 2007 (therefore, only showed 1 visit) I had to use my passport to get the "visitor" visa for China so therefore it took a couple of weeks, that's why I created the copy real early for the I-130.. and I have seen that it doesn't look good with only one visit.. They haven't seen the October 2007 visit.. but all 3 will show up in my passport when I bring it to show them.. Basically, If I were them , I would probably be suspicious too with just 1 visit then getting married.. so I have brought all these stuff regarding "ongoing marital relationship" for them to show we STILL are together and we communicate with each other.. I'm guessing this is a big reason for the LOCAL OFFICE INTERVIEW... I just recently thought about that.. but that's fine, my marriage is for real and I have a lot of evidence on my side.. it still can go either way for me.. but I am prepared for the worst... but basically not without a fight!! I would cancel and wait for her final visa interview in China.. man, this adventure is tough stuff.. it's so hard just to even get approved.. and that means nothing until you can finally get the consulate interview approved.. but I won't give up until that... there's still lots of fight left here.. even the worst case scenario I already told her.. About the local interview, I had prepared some stuff last time I went (hoping for an interview that time.. on December 26).. I went with my dad, just so with his presence, it would state that the relationship is real.. but they said my case got transferred to NBC.. so that ended that adventure... so I had prepared lots of stuff in advance, which was good for me.. This time, both my parents are going to support me (my dad is a good talker).. I know what the local office should consists (based on I-485 interviews.. I know they aren't the same, but it should be close).. basically anyone with this LOCAL OFFICE TRANSFER means that they are suspicious of your "ongoing marital relationship".. I guess they need more proof that it wasn't a one-night stand or something.. For evidence, I am going to bring a whole backpack (maybe two) worth of stuff... These are some of the stuff I will bring to "overwhelm" them (all these records will be updated to February 2008 when I have them next month): 1) Emails (from 5/2006 - 2/2008 ==> 21 months, should be good enough) -- about 200 to 300.. there's way more, but that would be too heavy, hehe... 2) Phone records (15 "home" AT&T statements + Skype records from 10/06 to 2/08 -- 16 months) 3) Pay stubs (13 pay stubs from my government work -- also meet their stupid minimum financial requirements by far) If I don't meet them, then half of the country doesn't =) this is all just 1 folder.. so a total of 6 folders... 4) copy of I-130, copy of G-325A (both) , copy of Marriage certificate, copy of single status, copy of martial relationship (all notarized) 5) copy of I-129F, copy of G-325A (both) 6) Picture Albums (5 of them -- total about 500 pictures, including wedding studio, wedding ceremony, wedding party, including family members from her side and both parents and us in the same picture, lots and lots for them...) 7) "EVIDENCE" FOLDER (containing wedding invitation, airline ticket copies (with both our names), the honeymoon tour information, Western Union (about 20 "wire" statements, and 20 "receive" statements), receipts for wedding rings, wedding ceremony, and other stuff too)... and a couple of other things I forgot.. is this a bit much?? haha... Bring it on!! Everyone tells me not to be so mad at them.. because we are at their mercy.. I say "screw that".. this is a invite to war on February 21!! I am just looking at other people who had a "local office interview"... actually this is not the I-130 or I-129F related.. but it is a local office interview.. just what to expect, that is all.. yes, when I first went to the local office (December 26), I asked for my cases and they said it got transferred to NBC (National Benefits Center).. so then I faxed all those people almost everyday, and then I got a letter last month stating to show up for a LOCAL OFFICE INTERVIEW on February 21.. finally, they probably found my case (or got pestered by all those people that I sent my fax to).. which is finally good for me.. They actually want to talk.. I hear it depends on the person who I will meet that day.. I think the local office interview is way tougher.. this isn't a normal interview for people.. so they are suspicious of my case and want me to provide more proof.. so I'm bringing 2 backpacks full of stuff (hopefully, and my DVD Player, got a good one.. 10.2'' so it should be big enough, 1280x1024.. good enough for those blind people).. I actually brought my cell phone inside.. you just had to walk through a "scanner" (like the airport).. so I would think the DVD player would be ok.. Now I am going to have 2 backpacks (one for just pictures , so you can tell how many there will be).. at least there will be 5 photo albums (wedding photos, my trip photos, our tour trip - honeymoon, even regular visits with her family members, aunts + uncles, photos of us with BOTH parents)... about 500 pictures at least... I'll be adding more and more this weekend... the other backpack would be just the folders (along with the evidence)... read more about what I would bring here (as not to repeat) : http://www.visajourn...p;#entry1528347 now, I decided to bring a portable DVD player (to SHOW THEM two DVDs)... 1) wedding studio developed pictures (4 songs included while pictures play in the background).. 2) wedding studio developed of our "car parade" (we had 7 cars) when I was picking up my wife.. she is so pretty!! and also video from the wedding dinner where we invited her parent's village (about 50 tables x 10 each) ==> around 500 people... also with some of my dad's friends too.. about a 20-minute video for each... hopefully this new "addition" would help me even more.. but I am still concerned about what would be questioned.. countdown is 10 days!! if things go bad, I am going to move back to China to be with her.. This immigration thing is NOT RIGHT... they TEST innocent people, while illegal people and terrorists can just sneak by...
