K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Looks like my application is singled out	hey sweety10.. I'm still here from April... they are still giving me the runaround... they say my apps are NOT at the local office anymore, but at the NBC?? (National Benefits Center -- not NVC)... do they approve I-129Fs and I-130s over there now?? like I said in another topic.. there was an article on June 21 saying you can submit BOTH apps at the same time starting from that date.. we had submitted our I-130 and I-129F separately (since yours and mine I-129F are around the same time).. they told me a explanation could be that the USCIS think I submitted 2 DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS.. they said my filing way was wrong, to submit one after the other.. I'm going to try and call them again today... even though it has just been 11 days since I went to the local office, it feels like forever.. =( but enough about my case.. I'm happy to see that you are going to be together soon.. that is the best christmas / new years gift ever !! that's good, at least the journey out of the CSC is much faster.. so I can expect about 2 months between the NVC and final visa interview? I'm going to call CSC everyday now, and also fax to all the people on my list everyday too.. what's the worst they can do (put me on security check, kick me out of the USA?).. haha.. that's funny.. if the CSC WACs give me an attitude, then I'm going to let them have it.. I am mad enough for everyone.. they cannot control who we should be with.. There are 10 million illegals here, and they can be here on their own free will.. Also, the temporary workers/students (work visa, student visa) have that right to stay here too.. we are at the bottom.. The only way is if we all revolted (50-state revolt, let's see how they like that).. how did your app go to Vermont? I told them I know because I went to my LOCAL OFFICE to inquire about it.. next time I call, I'm going to tear the person apart.. Hi SusieK, did you get your NOA1 yet? I hear people who applied in September are now just getting their NOA1... sheesh, 3 1/2 months just to get a receipt.. the person was nice on the phone this time because she saw that I was over 6 months.. next time I get a insulting person, I'm going to let him/her have it.. let's bring the insults!! I want to get approved too.. let everyone know about their stupidity.. just called them this morning too... FINALLY, someone at the CSC said I was out of processing times... they are going to look into it, but told me to wait.. what a bunch of retards.. they SHOULD BE lucky to earn $10 per hour.. You can read up on my case in my signature.. nothing good so far =( You seem to be the longest out of all of us that are still waiting.. I really don't know what's going on with them.. the CSC doesn't even know anything more than the website.. even the LOCAL OFFICE knows more about your case.. you should try also making an infopass appointment to check with your local office.. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	lawsuit against USCIS for delays	you are still too early, I'm afraid.. even I am.. they say best to do lawsuit at 2 years time... minimum of 1 year.. so I'm going to wait for my minimum (April 2008) before I take legal action.. Since I got some new stuff about my app, I'll let my January 1, 2008 deadline go.. your I-130 / I-129F (they say) will still be under CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES.. they said that to me.. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	call to CSC.. hopefully good	my call to them today was that I CAN use the RFE line because my case is outside of processing times.. the person on the phone said it was "OK".. even though I made 3 calls last week too... she finally made a "SERVICE REQUEST" for me regarding my situation.. and to see where my case is (CSC or National Benefits Center??).. she told me to wait another 45 days while they do an inquiry on exactly where my case is.. FINALLY, the person over the phone said that "what you see on the internet, is what they see"... so that's just a little note for everyone... basically they are getting paid $10 per hour just to surf the internet.. she also said it may not have ANYTHING TO DO WITH SECURITY CHECKS... actually the website just said "additional processing".. may not have anything to do with security checks.. they are just too busy and transferring cases all over the place.. so I don't know really what is going on.. has anyone else done this SERVICE REQUEST thing?? can you please help me? thanks Edited by gogo, 14 January 2008 - 11:50 AM.	gogo	Male	China	2008-01-14 11:48:00
