I just made another service request yesterday, but those things never work... the CSC person said that my birthday was coming soon, and that "happy birthday".. but I said "I don't really care for that.. March 27.. too bad I never got to celebrate with her any of the holidays, birthdays in over 3 years' time.. now I am finally going back in May (my birthday) to celebrate with her.. I was telling her I wanted to get those party hats, plates, and birthday whistle things and buy a cake.. haha.. she was laughing at me and said that those are for our little kids later.. haha.. but it will be good practice for them.. yeah, I will be going back in less than 2 months now.. already got approval from work for a 2 1/2 week vacation.. I am losing confidence on our case.. but the worst thing (like I said before) is for me to quit the government job and move back to China.. I just sent another batch last Friday too.. Also, expanded my letter to include all the latest stuff too.. so now it is 3 pages + printed out both case statuses currently online (saying , as of 3/15/2008, the latest status is November 27 transfer), the letter from FBI stating no name check, and an example letter I received from Senator McCain regarding my case.. also telling them if they don't approve, I will send the letter to all senators, congressmen, whoever.. since it is already this slow, I don't have much to lose..	gogo	Male	China	2008-03-24 09:32:00

Let's continue where I left off.. I had a local office interview on February 21, and the head guy said i would be approved and receive notice within 10 days (my parents were there too).. so 2 1/2 weeks after I call them asking where it was.. and visited both local office and called in 1-800.. they said my case was not approved yet, and on 2/22 it got transferred to CSC.. they sent out letter on 2/27 (transfer notice, which I never received).. so last week I called in requesting for "expedite request".. 3/13.. they said they will email back on that request in 5 days.. on 3/18, receive email regarding request and that they will look at it.. called Tuesday (this week) to follow up and they said please wait another 30 days.. got elevated to 2nd level 'officer' on the phone, and she told me that "every few days we have been receiving your fax, from the senators, president..." "it doesn't matter how many you send, we are ACTIVELY (yeah, right) processing your case , so please wait another 30 days).. I had called the director's office, and the secretary said that the director can't approve your case.. so she transferred me to the USCIS office in Washington DC (202 area code).. the lady took down my info and said she will get back to me today or tomorrow... (this was Tuesday of this week).. she checked for me and said my case was still under "additional review".. what the @#%@#(*???? nothing yet for me don't know how long to wait.. probably will go back to China at the end of the year permanently.. no other choice.. I don't want to separate just because USCIS is taking their sweet time.. also, still haven't received any transfer notice.. this is stupid.. on what to do.. I don't know any other stuff.. probably the only other good cards I can play is to either get a lawyer (not sure if it will help with this).. so the only other alternative is suing the USCIS.. I hear people get good results from that.. Anyone in Southern California that knows a good immigration lawyer??.. I said "all the customer service people I talked with".. she said they are still working on June 18 (yeah, right) apps, and mine is still good... so she told me to call back after 30 days.. I set up another meeting at my local office for February 7.. this is getting way out of hand.. After 30 days, I'm going to yell and scream at them.. Actually, I called 3 times yesterday, and did get mad at the 2nd person (she started to read to me on "there are different factors that may affect your case...".. I told her "quit reading her thing and that it is retarded".. I guess she didn't like that.. whistling.gif then she started getting mad.. and then I did.. I said "what kind of bullshit is this? Why the #### are you getting mad at me for? It's not my fault you guys are slow"... then she started to cool down again.. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	*** K-3 May and June 2007 Filers ***	yay.. new stuff.. called today (1/17/2008) and they said they created a service request previously for the I-129F.. and that the "referral target" date (when they will look at it) will be 2/13/2008.. still pretty far.. BUT THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT : they transferred my case back to CSC (California Service Center)... Today's customer service person actually telephoned the Missouri office (National Benefits Center), and they said it got transferred back to CSC (California Service Center) today, right before I called them today.. they mailed a letter , dated 1/17, saying they transferred both apps back here.. she also created a new service request for my I-130 too.. but both "referral" dates are in February.. that is the earliest when they can look at my case.. she also put "emergency priority flags" on my case.. and also notified the CSC of "outside of processing times"... Finally, they told me I am out of processing times and they created a "service request" yesterday.. hopefully something will come through, but they told me to wait another 45 days.. yeah right, I'm calling them on Thursday.. I have been calling a lot (3 times just last week) to bug them.. I'm going to give them a bad attitude if they give me one.. has anyone else gotten a "service request"?.. will it solve anything?.. are they actually going to look into my case?.. I saw some people get approved real fast within a service request, while others had to initiate a 2nd or 3rd one.. Thanks G&A for keeping updated with the charts!!! I faxed over to 7 of my state's congressmen/women and also one of California's senators... hopefully I will hear something in a month or two regarding this situation.. I signed their "privacy" form and faxed my letter to them also... well, at least try to have a nice holiday (Monday is a holiday for us).. maybe that's why the USCIS people aren't working... just be strong and stay positive.. I read a topic on visajourney where the two people divorced and went their separate ways because the visa journey took too long (over 2 years already)... you can't let USCIS decide who you are and want to be with.. Love will conquer everything... your love for each other will make this journey better, and when you are finally together, it will make your relationship and family stronger.. I asked them I got a local transfer and the notice said I had to wait another 180 days from that LOCAL TRANSFER date.. and she said , "yes you do".. I said "How come?".. she said "That's the way it is.. it is from the local transfer date".. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Senators / Representatives	pushbrk, I think that he wanted to do something that I was doing.. he got the idea (like me) that USCIS would actually approve our applications within the 6 month timeframe.. oh man, I actually believed that for a few months.. seems like USCIS should have given a later deadline and not try to get everyones' hopes up... if you say 6 months, please get it done within that time.. they should have just said 1 year to save themselves some trouble (on phone calls as well as stress).. Which would you rather have : 1) someone says 6 months to complete, but complete in 1 year (or 2 years)? or 2) someone says 1 year to complete, but actually complete in 6 months..
