K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	6+ months waiting Club	i dont know guys, maybe a'm a bad person or whatever, but today i see a lots of cases approved whit 30, 47 etc day of waiting and they have his NOA's 2 , and is not faire, i see a lot of ppl fighting for not give up, and all this approved guys shows whit proud and whitout think in nobody else his trophy , but i dont be agree, i know too the system sucks, and they (uscis) dont have any idea how much pain and how much lifes they change becouse they cant do his job whit the hand in his heart!!! now i finally got my NOA2 , everything is on his way by now, but i still think in Sara and Bryan and the other guys !!! so i whish only the best for you and of course for myself !! It is difficult to call them during the day. If you are K1, you need to talk to a person there to find your case. Try calling later at night; you'll need to wait but you can get through and they are worlds nicer than US CIS. Yes you right, NVC is in NH , and this is beside Vermont, so thats why the cases arrived more faster from VCS!! This time they told me that our file was on a Supervisor's desk waiting to be reviewed. According to this person, if there is any issue with our file it has to be completely investigated. Once they do that, someone has to write a memo about it and then a supervisor has to sign off on it to cover the adjudicator's butt I guess. He also called the 6 month processing time a "rough estimate" and basically said it was a bunch of #######. It's nice to hear someone tell the truth for once. Hopefully the info on our case was real too. He did verify that we have been in the background processing unit since Nov. 25/26. It also sounded like there is some sort of 3 month cut off for being back there. Like that's how long they think it will last or it's a time limit kinda thing. Anyway, just something for everyone to think about I guess.
