You must bring all documents required in the post order instructions given to you by the court. Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing. EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days. Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. OMG you make me dizzy whit all these questions!!! easy easy take a deep breath , ok there is the step by step to track you case!! i'm pretty sure they got it...and you know what i bet they received on 13/03 hahahahahaha!!! DHL. That is how your papers are shipped to the embassy. I kept a close on eye on it once we were at NVC. You won't know for sure it's your case, and you won't know which tracking number is yours, but if you can see they are sending a package to the country you are interested in you can check with NVC to see if they still have it. Towards they end we rang a lot, but in the first while only if I saw a package headed here. NVC to Embassy using DHL... www.dhl.com You should choose USA for the country if this comes up on your main page (where it is leaving from). After that, on the toolbar at the top, put your mouse over Track and a menu appears. You want track by reference. For today, in the top box where it says reference I put : EXP 12 JAN 2009A <---- this should be about one day before the NVC tells you it left. Below in the "shipment pick up date range" put the day NVC told you it left as start and finish. Sometimes you have to play around a bit with the dates, but I've usually managed to find what works this way. In both boxes today I put Jan 13 2009. At the foot of the page you will see a little box marked track with a red arrow, click on that and a list should appear ...there were 3 pages today. The only trouble I have relates to the day/date thing. I am a day ahead here in NZ, and always getting an error "The date cannot be in the future" Course it can...that's where I am tongue.gif To find anything shipped on a Monday I put the same date, in my case Jan 12 in all three boxes and that worked to on their Monday, my Tuesday. hope it helps.	jokalu	Female	Guatemala	2009-03-19 18:34:00

My SO came to the states once in 2001 and stayed only 3 months, we don´t know why they had the impression he overstayed, but thank God he had the old passport with the stamp proving he returned and showed it to the CO. So i recommend everyone who has been in USA as tourist to keep old passports and take them to interview, even to interviews if you are applyng for a tourist visa. Then he went thru the pics and checked our baby´s BC, there I told him that the registrar in NJ will put my SOs name in the BC as soon as he gets there and we get married. He said thats good, and then said ¨everything is okay and approved, I recommend that you don´t buy the tiket till you have passport¨. We couldn´t believe it THANK GOD! Make sure you have your EAC# and your birthdate and your fiance's. Apart from the rage boiling within (lol) I get the same thing sometimes with my fiance. He's complaining about going to get the medical (he hates needles) and I'm like "Are you freakin' kidding me!?!?!?!" because this is such a process and that is going to take all of, what, one hour??? My rage usually just turns out in annoyance. But I do feel bad for him because he lives 3 hours from the capital by bus (and I don't mean a nice greyhound, I mean a retired school bus) and he has to go there to do all of this, and a lot of it he can't do just in one trip. He is going to come get me when I arrive on April 9th, and we can't even take advantage of that time to do much of anything b/c it is a holiday in Guatemala. It is possible he may be able to do the medical that day, but it depends on when they set our interview date. The approved doctors, the bank where he has to go to pay the $131 ahead of time, of course the interview, everything is in the capital. And of course they don't issue the visa the same day, they make you come back at 3pm the next day to pick it up, grrrr. So he's looking at a possible 4-5 trips to the capital, including picking me up and dropping me off, in the next couple of months. But OH WELL it's about time he does some of this work, right? LOL!!! I shouldn't be so mean i'm so lucky....i live in the capital ..and no afraid needles (after give birth two babys) needles is make me laugh, but you right in everything.....and pana is so beautyful, but so far away from the center!!good luck whit the medical, the interview !! and let me know how is doing your fiance whit the paperwork in the Guate embassy!!! felicidades de nuevo !!	jokalu	Female	Guatemala	2009-03-03 16:30:00
