Check out Igor's list grrrrr Two NOA2 from December filers!!! They want to enrage us? Vermont surged ahead processing petitions from further ahead than what we expected them to be working on, they then got their processing time back to 5 months. This could be California trying to fix figures too. On a positive note though, for a Monday, that was not bad for California to have processed three petitions. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	August 2012 filers!	I was looking for my batch mates (I-129's filed at same time as mine) I didn't find many and one only was approved. What I did find was an awful lot of approved I-130's so I am guessing California has these as priority right now trying to reach USCIS national goal. To say he was outraged is putting it mild. He is ex airforce and belongs to some political groups with around 75,000 members. He is posting about it right now and urging everybody to write and complain to their congressman. He says he will write to 50 states himself! OH MY! Waiting for the NOA2 from CSC is like getting in the shortest line at the supermarket then finding that all the other lines are moving faster................... I have the same going on. From the stress and the anxiety I am this close to loose my job. They warned by that they will fire me in one month because I'm always "not there" and sad.. This is so terrible. Go see your doctor. I have had to cope with family trying to persuade me not to leave the country and dump my guy for someone nearer home! my ex husband arguing over whether I can take the kids with me. He agreed after four months of negotiations then retracted his permission but has now agreed again but with lots of conditions, my kids not knowing whether they are coming or going, getting my house ready to sell, trying to find a job, Lots of personal stuff, and finally I collapse and I have depression. They were asking if I was going to get there for the summer with them. I had to tell them that at this point it was highly unlikely. I guess you got lucky. My file shows it was touched 10th August, three days after the NOA1. Absolutely nothing since then. Right now my fiance is working on the veg garden on the ranch that we are going to be building up together. The calves are coming in about 2 weeks and my heard of pygmy goats is now at 6 and I have only been able to see pictures. He will be starting haying soon too. You are right, I did read somewhere that they claimed they were trying to speed up the process because it is getting way out of hand so I hope they come through with that. In the meantime, all we can do is wish for the best. I saw that you got your NOA1 last August...if that is the case then I don't see why you wouldn't get your approval this summer so you are reunited with your fiance! After all, they are working on the July 18, 2012 decisions right now (that's what they told me yesterday). I wish you the best of luck hun, hang in there They have been quoting July 18th processing since January. The only people that seem to be getting their NOA2's from CSC just now is the ones that have had their congressmans office intervene. Even if I did get my NOA2 right now, it's still about another 3 months before the visa interview and receipt of it. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	K-1 fiance visa California Processing time	(This is my first post in the forum! yay ) so you all have a receipt date of July 2012? Oh my gosh ... My receipt date for NOA1 is December 24, 2012. I was honestly hoping to get my NOA2 by July 2013 at the latest but seeing as how things are going, that may be wishful thinking... I am doing all I can to contact the ombudsman, my senators, congressman and request for expedite. At least if I exhaust every option then perhaps someone will listen? I wish you all the best of luck and honestly hope that the CSC gets their act together because waiting 8 months for the NOA2 is OUTRAGEOUS , especially when they set their goal at 5 months, and the "average" is 6.6 months. All the best Well the national average is at 8.9 months and CSC at 7.5 months but we know in most cases now they are taking longer than that. If CSC speeds up, which we are told that they should be doing (when is the question there!) then July isn't out of the question but just do not make any plans that can't be changed.
