We aren't going to send ourselves bankrupt doing a wedding, but it will be nice and just the way we want it.  I was reading a thread the other day about VCS vs CSC. It seems that VCS are getting the notifications about file being shipped to NVC, but CSC aren't. CSC seem to wait till they have a month load of cases and send them once a month ( I could be wrong, but thats how it seems). I guess I can play the waiting game a little longer. Medical is booked without case number, so technically, I have 24 days to get our case number before the worry kicks in LOL where did you read that ozgirl?now im worried!!i read somewhere also somebody ask them about the waiting time for CSC and they say that it will take about 15 business days before they gonna shipped it to nvc. i dont know why they have to wait that long?!?!?!i guess your right about the month load of cases..guess its true that we have to wait for 6 to 8 weeks before it even get into their system..this waiting thing is really really stressing us both..and we dont even have a choice but to wait again..dont think im going to be there by thanksgiving...huhu!	bryneff	Not Telling	Philippines	2013-09-28 07:39:00

K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	May 2013 filers	To add to what Nursling said, try and download packet 3, if available at your fiance(e)'s country's embassy website, so you know what you send to your fiance(e) for the interview.   Typically you should send: Signed Fiance(e) letter of intent with a new date (original) Affidavit of Support with original signature Copy of 2012 Tax Return or Tax transcripts Copy of W2 Letter from Employer Copy of your last 4 paystubs Evidence of ongoing relationship (phone logs, text logs, Instant Messenger logs, proof of you going back there to visit them, etc etc) Certified copies of: Birth Certificate, Death Certificate of Deceased Spouse (if applicable), Divorce Decree (if applicable), and any other official documents they may require.   What I recommend also sending along: Statements from friends/family/co-workers stating that your relationship is genuine and why they support it, etc. Copy of your entire I-129F petition with original signatures where the USC needs to sign, and the original date you signed it on.   I could be missing something though. lol!thanks!i'll keep this list and start checking ours too.we might forgot some that you just listed..better be ready..	bryneff	Not Telling	Philippines	2013-09-14 11:44:00

Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.    It did takes for about 3weeks and two days for them to get it approve from receiving our RFE.. CSC received our RFE on 26th Aug. For those who have been approved... Yippeee.. Congrats!!!! For those who are still waiting.. Please dont give up yet. It breaks my heart to see you guys/gals not being the one leap closer to your loved ones. Including the USCIS android app on my phone which I have set to auto refresh every 15mins.   Our RFE went back in the first mail pickup on Tuesday (20th)  so hopefully we will get notification that they have received it on Monday and that would be a great birthday present for me.
