S.E. filed a K-1 visa, or a fiancee visa, for her fiance T.F. in 12/01 and provided all required information that all individuals who are attempting to undertake this path do. I know it's not a big dealbreaker, but if it has a lot of signatures maybe we can get someone to notice this and make it public. Immigration laws need to change. Period. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	OMG WE GOT IT WE GOT IT	QUOTE (estadia @ Aug 31 2009, 01:59 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> in all this excitement it finally hit me what do we do now? sara start getting everything together for NVC ASAP! have perviz send some recent passport photos (5 cm by 5 cm on a white background, i believe), the filled out and signed ds-230 (part I) and the filled out and unsigned ds-230 (part II). i guess he would need to send also his original birth certificate, military certificate (if he has to), police certificate (heard for india this is a bit tricky, might want to start getting on top of this now), etc. (all translated and notarized). you know...the usual.... get going girl!!! i'll pray for you to get all this done ASAP. and i guess have your evidence all ready...maybe that petition would really help at the interview too?	meowmeowmeow	Female	Syria	2009-08-31 18:22:00
