K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	APPROVED :)	My fiancee just called USCIS today (using the RFE trick) and found out that our case was approved, sometime between the 22nd and today because she didn't ask for the exact date. NOA2 is on the way Thanks to everyone encouraging us and I wish everyone else waiting for NOA2 a speedy approval, too! Dear Sir or Madam, Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC has completed its processing of the visa petition you mentioned in your letter and has forwarded the petition to the assigned US Embassy for further processing. Case#:MGAXXXXXXXXXX Regards, National Visa Center ACB I am so excited it should be in Nicaragua by Wednesday, then I can email them to see when my fiance can go pick up packet 3 and the interview date...in Nica they give it to you everything at once. I finally feel like we are getting somewhere on another note my email crashed so all the emails that we have sent to each other since the beginning of our relationship, all our evidence, is gone but he has them saved, too... although I was freaking out before I knew he had them. Thanks everyone for all your help and support, this site has been a God send, I agree we must stick together during the AOS process...
