Interview scheduled but didn't ask for police cert or ds-134?

Hello ALL,

My fiancée?s interview got scheduled, which is on Dec.26th, doesn't ask for a Ds-134, proof of my employment, police certificate, tax forms. Just ask for evidence continuous relationship and medical report. Is this normal or once after the interview they will ask for these docs.?

On the first one, your call will be answered by a regular person with very little access to any information. On the second one, your call will be answered by an inmigration officer. For that you have to use the famous RFE trick, but even then, depending on the time of your call, the phase of the moon or who knows what other wierd crieteria they use, your call can be transfered to one or the other.

yeah I did speak to an officer today at the cali center, he was very nice, but not alotta help. So, I will be waiting very anxiously at the PO for this letter. I should have known with the way our dates were being changed that this was going to happen, but I was trying to stay positive!!

I hope that the letter comes by the end of the week and well you know this officer, he did tell me that we had 84 days to resubmit the evidence, cause I was like my husband is in Pakistan and with mail...it takes like 10 days to get there through reg snail mail. He was like you will have plenty of time. THis officer was sooo very nice and he could tell I was bout to burst into tears omgosh..

So, please keep us in your prayers and I will keep you updated. I hope you hear something soon ...Insha allaah

Well, let me tell you about my day.. I seen in my inbox an email from CRIS and my heart was like pounding...and I was like

, but that did not last long at allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll!!!!!

we got an RFE **sighs** as of tomorrow that would be our 6 mths of when our petition got to CSC.

I called uscis and spoke to an officer, but he didn't give me anything ((even though he was nice)) so I have to wait for this letter and see what is needed. Our case is just sitting there ....

while time is passing by

I can't wait to get this letter, so we can get whatever is needed and send it back in. I didn't think I left any stone unturned , just so this ####### would not happen. I am just really upset over it, I mean, we have waited 6 long months and NOW this is happening...

I don't know which is more helpful, time between I-130 being sent to completion of time between NOA1 and NOA2 - I think the NOA times are more helpful (the way it was originally set up), but that's just me.

Just checked the USCIS site and they have updated the Processing Dates!!!Posted October 15, 2007

still the same for I-130 Petition for Alien Relative U.S. citizen filing for a spouse, parent, or child under 21 6 Months

No changes at all......I already figured this , but I sure was hoping for some good news

So now another month of going stir crazy and checkin online everyday ....4 or 5 x's a day just in case there was a change *sighs*

Just talked to a NVC rep, was told the expedite request has been granted and the file will be forwarded to US consulate in Kuala Lumpur shortly. The rep told me the AVR will be updated soon and he confirmed that we now pay the fees, submit the AOS package and DS-230 package to the consulate.
Bravo, NVC, takes one week to approve the expedite request!!

If he felt like that, why didn't he discuss it with you, while you was still there

Try and talk to him and just be positive with him and hopefully he won't want to get a divorce. I know it is a long process and very emotionally draining on a person and sometimes the relationship, but we have to stay strong. Just talk to him and be positive and tell him to pray to ALMIGHTY ALLAH THAT YOU TWO WILL BE TOGETHER AND SOON insha allaah.

why was he denied and what have you done up to this point with your process??
