Africa: Sub-Saharan	More pictures and letters needed	I emailed the Ghana embassy to get a word-for-word strict guideline as to what "evidence" they want to see. The response was: "I’m not able to give you a checklist of items as there is no one document or set of documents that a person can bring to the interview to be issued a visa; each case is considered as a whole based on the personal circumstances of each applicant as determined during the interview. Africa: Sub-Saharan	Affidavit	That was what I had... a form letter written and signed by my parents, and notorized. It stated that both sides of the family were there for our ceremony and it was a true and binding relationship, along with a statement of birth and citizenship. Apparently, that wasn't the kind of proof the embassy was looking for. Had I known what the future held for us I'd have taken lots of pictures together the first time we met because they seemed very interested in the fact we only had 3 pics together prior to us getting married the next year. I felt the same way, then got my email approval 2 days later. February should be your 6 month mark--don't know why the timeline says March. Hang in there and know your not alone. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Some hope for us??	think of it this way- Person A gives you 20 potatoes to peel in one hour. 1 hour later Person A gives you 200 potatoes to peel in the same amount of time. In the 3rd hour Person A gives you 20 potatoes to peel. Do you think you will catch up by the 4th hour? --or am I delusional? I'm saying this cuz I've worked in mailroom situations where its near impossible to "catch up" And then throw in constantly changing rules--geez gotta give em a break. K-3 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I-129	When your I-130 gets approved it gets sent to NVC (it's probable already there). They don't wait for both to be approved. That's all the girl would tell me. She said it hasn't been 6 months since my fiance visa was received so I had to wait 6 months. I was under the impression that the two were supposed to be together. My I-130 was sent to Texas (by me), then transferred to California (by them). I've also been hearing some people have gotten theirs canceled. I'm so confused. What am I waiting for.
