K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	what can I expect	Ok so I am a newbie and i file my I-129f k-1 visa app in june they received it jun, 15. 2012 they only response other than the receipt I got in mail is a request for a copy of my fiance's passport which i got in july since then i have not heard anything. i call at least once a month to check my status and check online evryday nothing ever changes. should i be worried? can you walk in to a field office and ask to view your case? and am I going to have to file a I-134 support avdt. Im worried about that one because I dont make that much money but my fiance is an engineer and im sure he will get a great job once here but what ever our situation he would never become dependant on the government for living exspenses	pumpkinpie2	Female	Jordan	2012-10-18 09:28:00
K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	what to expect in 3rd package	Hello, I have not got my NOA2 yet but as soon as I get it I want to travel to Jordan to stay a few months with my fiancee. My questions are.. the packet # 3 what is in it? how long does it take to get it after the receipt of NOA2? will it come to me the petitioner or my fiancee? is there something in the packet i will have to send back to uscis? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Will I get an RFE?	Hi Folks, As I am waiting for my NOA2, I have stumbled across a few posts which have slightly alarmed me. This is about the RFE's a few posters here have got. 1) When me and my fiancee were assembling the I-129F package, I (the beneficiary) have sent my passport pages which has the I-94 and entry stamps evidencing my visit to USA to see my fiancee. Along with that I sent copies of my biographic information on the passport and of course the copies of my airline ticket and boarding passes to the USA. Now is this enough or should I have sent all the pages of my passport? In the K1 guide here on Visa Journey--there is no specific instruction that the beneficiary should send in his/her passport pages. Please clarify. 2) When we sent the photographs of us together, we did not write down our names on the back of the photographs--but they did contain the date when they were printed out. Is that enough or will I get an RFE for not writing down the names on the back of the photographs?
