K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	2 weeks or More from USCIS to NVC?	It typically takes about a month, at longest, but usually much sooner. If I recall what I read here a couple of years ago, trucks loaded with applications leave the service centers and go to the NVC. It really depends on when the truck leaves and whether your file makes it onto the truck sooner or later. Yours will make it, and in a lot shorter time than most people's approvals take. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	2 weeks or More from USCIS to NVC?	its been 2 weeks & more now since we got approved (noa2) my fiance called the NVC to ask if we could have our manila case number already, but the woman who answered told him that they havent received our packet from uscis cause its not yet in their system & told him to call back next week.. and PS THE WOMAN SAID IT ACTUALLY TAKES 90 DAYS FOR THEM TO HAVE IT.. ?????Anyone has experienced this??? is this normal???? talked to most of my friends and said they got their NVC case number in 5 to 10 days.. why is that?.. its bothering me, if stil they havent got it next week i would start to think THEY LOST IT..? K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	K1 visa interview : passed or fail?	Hello, everyone! I am new here and I am happy to be a part of this community. Today, I had my interview at the US embassy here in Manila. It was definitely an experience. Everything went smoothly. My only problem is, I am now doubting if i have passed the interview and have been approved a visa. I was interviewed by the consular officer after all my documents have been gathered by a Filipino officer, interviewed by the Filipino officer and had my fingerprints scanned. The interview with the consular went like this: 1. He asked for my name then for my fiance/petitioner's name. 2. He asked how we met each other. 3. When did we start dating? 4. What does my fiance do for a living? 5. When did I last see him? 6. Have I ever been out of the country? And after all these questions, I was asked to sit down at the waiting area and wait for my name to be called. After 15 minutes, my name was called and was asked to fill up a form for shipping details. The guy from the window said to just wait for my visa at home together with my passport. But the thing is, the consul did not say anything to me about passing or failing the interview. I mean, if I have been denied, would he have told me on the spot? I have no effin' clue... I hope somebody can enlighten me. I was telling my fiance about this and he seems worried, but I just know deep in my heart that i probably passed and that me and my fiance should just chill because soon, we will be together. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	About Additional Income	Thanks mr. george.. he only have the docu that is stating why he is receiving that benefit, how much monthly. it is noti included in his ITR cause he said its tax free.. he dont have receipts about receiving it cause he said it is automatically deposited in his bank account , so the only proof we have is his bank statement and the docu stating infos about his military lifetime benefit.. how was that? and also he already had his ITR/W2 but only 2009 and 2010 cause he is schooling 2008 graduated on dec2008.. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	About Additional Income	He'll put the total of the two on the first $ line (annual income) in item 7. He should also contact the IRS and get TAX TRANSCRIPTS for the past 3 years, to include with the AOS. He should include proof that he receives/received the benefit, such as his annual benefits statement, 1099, etc., especially if it's not included on his tax return, this is doubtful since it would probably be reportable even if it is not taxed. You definitely want to include the $6000 since he is very close the the 125% line without it. With the $6000 added in, it places him significantly above 125% of the poverty line. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	About Additional Income	my fiance has a lifetime benefit from military cause he got injured in a duty.. how can we add that permanent benefit to his income? his annual income from his work is $32,500 and annual military benefit is $6000 so if ull sum it up it would be $38,500 . it would be a big help for us, but the problem is we just dont know how could we add it in his annual salary.. or can we just attach the paper from the military stating his annual benefit to the form I-134? or should he fill up 2 I-134 forms, separate the military benefit and annual salary from work?? please anyone could answer it? thanks so much!	mspiggyflack	Female	Philippines	2011-04-20 03:00:00

I just wanted to know if all the info I provided is enough for the Service center. I have all required documents plus certified check from my bank As for proof of relationship, Ive included the following... 3 emails topics totalling 20 pages 3 gmail chat conversations totaling 30 pages 1 online phone card company bill = 2 pages 15 photos from my trip to Russia in december where we went to Kiev and Odessa in Ukraine, and Moscow, Izhevsk, and Zavyalovo in Russia 30 Pages of Skype Messages which include Phone conversation Time stamp. (I had to cut it down from 150 pages...it wasnt easy) Flight - Itineraries for both our trips, when we met in 2009 and for the trip in december 2010 Train passes for the trip to Ukraine Passport stamps from both of our passports Recent letters I wrote to her and her mom I hope it is enough...please let me know. MANILA EMBASSY	My friend's appointment for her & her son is separated, she scheduled their interview 1 week b4 i scheduled mine... but I was kinda confused cause i saw her appointment letter, separated, & its with logo. While our appointment letter is just 1, with my name as applicant & scheduled by, Applicant #: 2 and my son's name and UID number, he dont have his passport number while I have.. We got our NVC letter last May 23 telling us about the details of our status. They said our case was forwarded to USEM last May 20 and we are still waiting for the packet until this time. I have paid my interview fee last June 1, 2011 and called the embassy this morning, unfortunately, they have a technical problem in their system so they can't trace my case if it's already in their system. To jewchee, can I ask if you have your medical exam already? You said the embassy emailed you after 18 days of waiting to finally sched an appointment for interview. Does that include non working days? And are there still slots for interview for the month of June? Thank you so much and good luck to all of us guys! LOL Still they are having system error? last tuesday they said they have system update until thursday.. I feel for you.. since tuesday upto thursday i do call that embassy just for the hope that I can schedule my interview but they always say they are updating their system, im really pissed cause i asked them what specific day that i could call back and their system is already ok, cause i cost a lot just for that call since i live here in mindanao long distance call and i do usually wait for like 10 minutes just for an operator to answer me, but they said they dont know and that ill just keep on calling EEERRRRRR .. but luckily thursday night my last try i said to myself, finally... successfully we have our appointment schedule already.. we got our manila case number from NVC by calling them MAY 20.. my fiance got a mail telling they forwarded it to USEM dated MAY 24.. I paid our visa fee k1/k2 on may 24 too.. I called the EMbassy May 27- Case number is not yet in their system May 31-June 1- I called they said the are having their system update June 2 - Morning - the agent said she can schedule us yet cause our case is not yet in their system - Evening around 9 pm - I tried my last luck lol Finally i was able to schedule ours.. Take note, same date in the morning they said our case is not yet in their system.... Just keep on trying & keep the faith.. K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Scheduling Online & Calling the Embassy (PI)	We are on the same boat here, our case took 18 days before we received an email from the embassy that we may now proceed on scheduling online or by phone.(thanks for the everyday inquiriessssss). Then I tried the link that almost everyone used here, it gave me a "case number type not valid" error. (NO LUCK) next I clicked on the link(same site though) from the email they sent me where you would create an account profile using your email and chosen password before entering other personal info, passport info, visa type, delivery address and then I could not pass this STEP 8 where they ask for the MRV receipt information, I have a valid number issued by BPI when I paid the visa fees(P15000+) but after I entered it, I keep on getting this error; "No service fee can be found for the entered request number. Please validate your request number is correct and you have paid the correct amount for the visa you are applying. this same freakin message halted my excitement on scheduling the interview. Does anyone here encountered got the same issue? I really wanted to book her appointment before the end of the month. HELP US PLEASEEEEE! K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures	Scheduling Online & Calling the Embassy (PI)	One thought is that the date you are using when you paid the fee may either be put in incorrectly by that I mean 5/20/11 instead of 05-20-2011 but you said you entered it many times so I doubt that is it. Also if you paid in the afternoon the payment date may be 05-21-2011. I have heard other people trying the next day as a solution. i waited almost two weeks before my MNL # was in their "system". Just a couple of thoughts. I paid our visa fee for k1/k2 last May 24,2011.. ao May 31,2011 upto now June 2,2011 Im trying to schedule my our interview date through online and I still get this error.. 1. Please check date of issue of Fee receipt. It is valid 2 working days up to 1 year from date of issue. 2.Are you entering details of the Fee receipt issued in your name? 3.If the data is rightly captured and unable to create a new appointment select ‘Exit’ button and contact our help line for further information. BUT I PAID THE VISA FEE 7 working days already.. Is this Normal? I got worried thinking if, does our payment really went through to their system? Im just worried cause I paid P 30,800 for me and my son. and its not an easy amount.. 2nd. I called the embassy this morning trying to schedule our interview date, The agent asked some infos from me like k1/k2 names, date of payment, passport numbers, last is the manila case number, and she said we cant schedule an appointment yet cause our manila case number is not yet in their system.. Philippines	Checked Baggage Fees	Incorrect I have flew numerous time to Philipines from USA, Up to 2 bags are free on International FLight from USA Same thing flying from PI to USA, Most carriers give you 2 bags free. Of course there is weight limit.
