IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - March 2014	This is getting ridiculous. last week they said 10 biz days after DS-261 submission to get IV fee invoice. Now they say 10 to 15 biz days.   next week they will say 15 to 20 biz days. JUST PATHETIC!!!!!   i got the same reply too, days keep on getting more and more,    today is exactly 1 month since i filled ds261 and still no IV ,  Really frustrating  Hey, broken record here! We filled in our choice of agent form on 7th Feb and still our IV fees have not been invoiced. Called NVC three times and they are no help, just keep saying to wait. I had a quick question: are people using the I-864EZ form or I-864 forms, in the cases where the petitioner is sponsoring just one family member and no joint sponsors?   Any pros/cons of using one vs the other?   Thanks! I used i-864 i864ez is more easier to fill, but there are three things u need to qualify before u can use this form.  these three categories is on top of the form  i did not qualify so i used i-864   look at the forms but try to use ez since its easy, just like the name says	rickkant	Male	India	2014-03-05 22:36:00

They received my AOS fee and it stated paid on 2/24, they received the the AOS packet on 2/25/2014... its been 7 business days... my husband and I are getting really hopeless... utterly hopeless. we are depressed, we are expecting in june. do ya'll think he'll be here before then???? IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	NVC Filers - March 2014	It shows the yellow triangle and that there is a fee to be paid - when I click on the blue "Pay" button it takes me to the page to pay and I see my I-864 invoice as being paid (with the amount) and then there is no info under the IV Applicant and it just has $0.00 in the amount section. I can not check the box to "Pay Selected Fees".   by end of day or tomorrow it should be available to be paid.  Its getting invoiced. just give it a day or 2 update on my case. close to a month and still no IV fees,   This NVC process is worse then USCIS	rickkant	Male	India	2014-03-03 12:02:00

IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	IV fees still not invoiced more than 3 weeks	Hello guys my question i completed my DS-261 form on 7th Feb 2014 And still i haven't got my IV processing fees when i log in the Page to pay my 230$ fee it shows locked not available i called nvc so many times they keep telling me to wait ur Ds-261 hasn't been reviewed is it normal why is it taking so much time can anybody help here im new in this website and im really worrying its been more than a month and still haven't got My IV processing fees  thank u all . Have a feeling NVC is spacing out IV fee invoicing for Mumbai consulate interviews! This is just what me and wife were thinking too,  I have seen so many other people from other countries getting invoiced except people from India   Maybe all slots for India country at NVC maybe filled up and they might be invoicing as india consulate people get case complete. (maybe, this is what iam thinking)   But u are right they have not been invoicing people from India.    More waiting,   Thanks everyone for the input. And on the DS 260 form it's saying that I need to complete one for my son as well. I don't understand. I'm not petitioning my son since he's already a US Citizen. Had to leave those blank.  Hope that  won't be an issue.  And I won't get a check list for leaving them blank.      I left mine blank and it was ok just depends on the person checking.  if u want u can always write it with a pen after form is printed    Wow I just spoke to Casey,  she told me to wait 30 business days for case number ..crappp @#$  But the funny thing is she tried to explain me that 30 business days means :  starts on March 11th and ends on April 11th ....  I am puzzled; don't they teach these kids what it means : business days?            they took exactly 20 business days for my case number  and now the norm is 30    but reviewing of documents they say 30 but its more like 17	rickkant	Male	India	2014-04-03 19:38:00

Do we have to make a appointment to get PCC from passport office or do they serve as walk in? Does anyone has experinced recently? Like the other person said fill that form on passport seva office and once payment done  you will have the option to pick dates to bring all your paper work to their office. (if all paper work ok they will issue PCC right away  make sure to get 2 copies.  They gave my wife a ridicules date like 2 months away we ended up getting a travel agent and he got us the PCC with in a week.	rickkant	Male	India	2014-04-03 19:33:00
