IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	When Long Process causes stress Due to NVC	Wow, I thought this thread was from my husband We are having the same problems here.. it might be worse. We are separated over 8 months now for the process of visa after 11 years of marriage with 2 kids. My depression is getting worse.. Kids already start talking about staying in Japan with their daddy and me. Maybe, it might be easier to do since Japanese immigration is not that bad as much. Your applicaton is in already in NVC, right ? Ours is not even approved yet in USCIS after 6month waiting period. Our kids don't speak English anymore.. Most of people incluidng me on visajourney are just hoping to be with thier love ones so badly, and frustrating and suffering for their waiting period.. Why you want to separate from your finace to just being yourself now ? I mean, if you want to be independent you will be soon after visa approved, that is only for very short period in your life together. If you can't trust your fiance at this point if he really send the appliction on not, then you really think over your relationship with him. After being married, and have children together, and marriege won't work out, then you will have to involve your children as well. It is very sad for children if it is happen. Think careful before getting married. I know this is very stressful period for all of us, and we jsut want to get out from or change this situation.. I agree with you and I could understand you very much. actually we've been waiting for NOA2 since Dec 15th. tooooooooooooooooooo slow!!!!!
