K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports	Called USCIS CSC	We are about 7 months. I tried a service request by email yesterday and it tells me exactly the same. I am guessing maybe between 8-9 months to try the service request. (hopefully you will hear something before then though too! ) July 17th filler here. I think emailing NPR ( national public radio ) if they get enough people maybe they would talk about it would trigger more reaction / pressure from USCIS. They could have approve 20 cases just none of those folks came to VJ forum site to be a member. Remember, things go alot faster if you believe the glass to be half full or just don't stare at it all day long. But here is to wishing the process to speed up for all us. God Bless You can tell using Igor list, You can also track account # close to your number ( I track around 30 ) on the same NOA1 date on uscis and none, none is getting updated. So tired of this - now they are past our date and our case STILL hasn't been 'touched'. I filed on July 19, 2012. Three months ago was told my Petition was two days. They are working on July 18th 2012. For three months they have been stuck on July 18th??? Received a generic E-mail, explaining how behind CSC is. and not to contact for 120 days? Would be interested to hear any update from others who are waiting, or received same letters. Same letter. That's what you get from service request. That and check Vj, Igor list, complain about life and government. If you come to US when you ar 1 y.o. how is it different from being born here?? I think you need to use a little logic.. I think that's easy to say when you have your NOA2. Took You 149 days. In fact, I was just trying to find the late november-december numbers now, but cant find them. It would be nice if people could post # near theirs, so we can look some up, get data directly from USCIS, and shove that in the face of the lazy congressmen personnel.
