As another member has pointed out, I think they update the status website in batch so everyone all get their text after 4 PM or so. Philippines	Where to buy bank draft for HK$185.00 for police clearance	We've got all the requirements to obtain Hong Kong police clearance since my fiancee worked there for almost 2yrs. Today we went to Makati: China embassy, several banks to mention (HSBC, China Bank, Metrobank, etc) asking how to get a bank draft payable in Hong Kong dollars in the amount of HK$185.00 payable to "The Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region". No one seems to be able to help us. Some banks require to open an account first of Php100,000.00. Any help regarding this matter is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. I paid mine (UK Police Clearance) thru BPI bank draft/ demand draft. You need to have a account there .....they have a saver kind of acct that only have P250 maintaining balance. Called twice no results. My fiancee had a good idea went to uscis website and instead of entering our case # she checked case # with a number close to us. I called Jan 11th Got a tier2 telleing me they are processing July 17th... Your case is in process. Nothing else. Starting to go stir crazy!	you cant get a service request at 6 months, at least that's what i've been informed, also that would make most filers eligible (due to the current wait times) for a service request and render them useless. Some august files are being processed but there are still some july files left, this happens every month, they start the next months files without having finished the month prior. we're almost 7 months too, can't believe its feb and still no noa2, uscis wait times are ruining my life and school plans along with my fiances business plans. 204 days of waiting here. I called 6 weeks ago. The tier 2 person filled a service request. After 2 weeks received that we had to wait 120 days. I called again like 2 weeks ago and a new tier 2 person gave me a speech stating they are overloaded wait 120 days. I wrote to my congressman now still waiting. They went beyond my processing time n when I file a service request they say my case is under review and can take up to 60 days. I'm trying to hold on but obviously I'm stressed out.I say to you to hold on some more a lot of us are going through the same situation. I decided to check the case statuses of the numbers on top and on the bottom of me. Example, number ending in 17, 18, 19 then 21, 22, 23. Everyone after my number excluding one other person has gotten a decision! Is the number given in the order of the i129f received?! My Fiance called the help line one week after the 5 month mark and was told to call again in about a week. He did call back on approximately 21st January and was told they were currently processing 7th July K1 applications. To be honest, I doubt we will hear anything until the end of this month, maybe longer. I am expecting the wait to be nearer 7 months than 5 200 days of waiting today for CSC & NOA2.
