IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	Choice of agent DS 3032	OP: You can designate yourself as the agent if you wish to do so. Once you have a case number from the NVC, you can email the DS-3032 to the NVC, this wiki, explains how to do that. In that message, you would designate yourself as the agent. Furthermore, if the NVC has both email addresses on record (petitioner & beneficiary), they will send correspondence to both of you by email. Agreed! Thanks for the info and Wiki!! IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures	I want My Noa2 Sooooo Badd!	Its now been 3 months since my Noa1 for I-130! Im becoming more and moree unpatient every single day! I always try to keep my self busy but I always end up on this websitee or the USCIS website checking my case status even though I think its still early for any notice lol I really hope I dont have to wait much longer! I miss my Hunsband terribly I want to start a family and my life already. Right now I feel like my life is set on hold and Im just waiting for someone to press play. I think many people feel the same way I do on this site so thats why I am typing this here and not somewhere else like facebook where I know that no one will understand exactly the way I feel. I hear ya! Waiting sucks! I'd suggest you keep yourself busy and just enjoy your days with family and friends while there. I doubt the co will go that in depth as far as the gravity of the situation goes *I will not debate the first part of your post.* PI is not scutinized as intensely as a few other countries. (but) PI is considered a high fraud country. Considering the facts listed by the OP, this case will be thoroughly investigated. My advice to the Pet/bene, be prepared for many questions skewed with morality and relationship legitimacy. The presumption is whoever is named on the child's birth certificate is the child's biological father. The OP has petitioned the child as his "biological" father. Therefore, a very high probability USEM will request a DNA test. The "presumption" is not a guarantee. It's a chance. So..I ask again. If they are told he is the biological father then the US Embassy may ask for DNA. If DNA results are negative then there will be a charge of Material Misrepresentation. If they ask for their own DNA and find the thruth on their own it will delay/complicate things. You can petition the child as a stepchild. You can ask for an expediate based on the mothers petition being at NVC In theory claiming the child is yours is a material misrespresentation. Could be a lifetime ban. Owning up to the "affair" will probably cause her some grief about the validity of the relationship so you guys need to be well documented on that one. We had several family members (especially mom,dad and grandparents), friends and a few wedding guests complete affidavits attesting to being present and witnessing our wedding. (In addition, we also included some lovey dovey comments) We provided full legal names, birthdate, resident address and contact numbers (cell/landline). Each (btw, we made several original copies) affidavit was signed, dated and notarized. We included a sampling of (pictures from various trips including some) wedding pics with our I-130 application packet. All info provided in the original packet eventually makes its way to (and prior) the interview. So we thought...the more the merrier! Hope this is helpful!! The I130 will be six months this 27th and the I129f is on the 6th next month. Waiting is killing us! So difficult being away from each other. My husband and I are so anxious waiting for ours. Philippines	Sputum Test in St. lukes Walkthrough	Hello VJ Friends, I am very happy that I am done with my medical and below are the summary of my experiences for your reference. Dec.9 - Called SLEC to follow-up culture result & I was told to return the nextday @0800H and bring passport, medical receipt & appointment letter. Dec. 10- Arrived in SLEC 6:30am and I was able to get inside around 7;15AM. The guard instructed me to go to 5th floor for REPEAT PHYSICAL EXAM. - Finish my RPE around 0900H and proceed with immunization interview & I was advised to have repeat pregnancy test. -Went to 5th floor to pay Php495 (RPT)then proceed to 4th floor Laboratory for the collection of urine. -Return to second floor, immunization area & my name was called around 1100H for vaccination. - I was told to go to ground floor for the releasing & my name was called around 1230H to signed some papers and retutn to my seat again - Around 1400H, my name was called to counter C and release my CD X ray & Document Vaccination Worksheet & I was advised to keep it because need to bring to US. I THANK GOD & ALL MY VJ FRIENDS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT & ENCOURAGEMENT!!! Congratulations for passing the medical. This type of people are everywere. In fact, some of them are even worst than what you described. We've seen it, we've encountered it. To me, this kind of behavior is absolutely shameful and disgusting. Makes me scratch my head and wonder... "what is it about "America" (really) that's making (some, if not most) people insane after they got here? However, there are some good and real ones as well. Your wife just have to be very "picky" in making friends. This way, she will find the "mabait and descent" ones. Or are all the ones within respectable walking distance higher end and more expensive.   I was looking at that lotus one but I can't for the life of me figure out where it is in relation to the embassy.   Lotus is just a few blocks from each. Philippines	H0TELS in Manila	We stayed at City Garden Suites a total of about 4 days coming and going from Manila to Negros Oriental. It was a nice place to stay, and my friends have been returning customers for several years. They have a wonderful breakfast with the deal, the room we stayed in was very clean, and as far as I am concerned as nice a place as you would want to stay in. It is close to everything there in Manila. I stayed there too when I went to get the result of my medical. I agree, it's nice and clean, but I thought it was a little bit noisy. I kept hearing the jeepnies outside. Cherry Blossom is right beside Robinson mall, so its a good location to give you something to do in walking distance It is conveniently located. Well, I'm glad you guys are laughing. Don't worry Darling... we're not laughing at you... we're laughing with you.
